Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan's case, is witnessing new twists and turns every day. From NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) facing numerous allegations on the manner they've conducted their investigation to Aryan's bail plea getting rejecting time, and again, people were anxiously waiting to witness the closure of the high-profile drug case. On October 27, 2021, the Bombay High Court had witnessed an army of reputed lawyers seeking Aryan's bail in the drug case.
However, Mukul Rohatgi had grabbed all the headlines after he had visited the court to get bail for Aryan. For the unversed, Mukul is the former attorney general of India and is also known for being the state government's lawyer in the 2002 Gujrat riots case. We have already seen Satish Manshinde and Amit Desai representing Aryan's bail plea in the court. Apart from these, as per the reports, Shah Rukh Khan had also reportedly roped in the legal firm, Karanjawala & Company, to get his son's bail approved in the court.

After multiple bail rejections, on October 28, 2021, the Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan in the cruise drugs case. According to the latest reports, the celeb kid was granted bail after NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) failed to prove Aryan's involvement in the drug racket. The much-awaited news has left his father, Shah Rukh Khan's massive fanbase super-excited. Also, the other two accused in the case, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha also granted bail from the Bombay HC. However, all three of them will be released from jail tomorrow after a detailed order will be given by the court to the jail authorities.
On October 26, 2021, Aryan Khan's bail plea was held at the Bombay High Court. According to multiple reports, NCB had filed its response to the court regarding Aryan Khan's bail plea. In their official statement, the anti-drug agency had stated that Aryan's bail might lead to tampering with evidence since he is from an influential family. Therefore, the agency had emphasised the importance of Aryan's presence. The report could be read as:
"Further, considering the influential position Aryan Khan holds in the society, he may tamper with the evidence and influence other witnesses whom he personally knows is very much possible."

Going further in the report, NCB had also mentioned the name of Aryan Khan's father, Shah Rukh Khan's manager, Pooja Dadlani, who got in touch with one of the witnesses, Prabhakar Sail. For the uninitiated, Sail is the man who had brought in some severe allegations of bribery against NCB Zonal Director, Sameer Wankhede. The agency had further added:
"Affidavit clearly names one Pooja Dadlani, manager connected to this applicant (Aryan Khan). It so appears that the said lady appears to have influenced such panch witness when the investigation is ongoing, such interference at the stage of investigation is a malafide attempt to ensure that the same is derailed and the quest of truth is obstructed."
Aryan Khan's manager, Pooja Dadlani has been summoned by the NCB in his alleged involvement in the drug case. In the affidavit issued by the investigative agency on October 26, 2021, the NCB had stated that Pooja has influenced an important panch witness in Aryan Khan's case. The statement from NCB in the context of Pooja could be read as:
"Importantly, such alleged affidavit clearly mentions the name of the manager of Pooja Dadlani attached to this applicant. It appears that the said woman has influenced five such witnesses during the course of the investigation. Such interference at the investigation stage is a malicious attempt to ensure that it obstructs and obstructs the pursuit of truth."
For the unversed, Prabhakar Sail had stated in his official statement that after he had signed all the blank pages provided to him by the NCB. He and his boss, K P Gosavi, had come out of that office, and that's when he had heard KP talking to a person named Sam D'Souza about their 25-crore deal. He had said:
"Till such time we reached Lower Parel K P Gosavi was talking to Sam on the phone and stated that you put a bomb of 25 crores and let's settle at 18 final because we have to give 8 crores to Sameer Wankhede."
