Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest stars of Bollywood. And it seems like his son, Aryan Khan too is following his daddy’s footsteps. As per the latest buzz, Aryan Khan will be making his filmy debut soon with Karan Johar’s upcoming film, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
As Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions turned 25, the ace filmmaker dropped a picture of a director’s chair and penned a note, which can be read as:
“The chair is about to be filled 7 years later. A grand celebration awaits. Stay tuned, we’ll see you tomorrow!”

As per multiple reports, it is stated that Karan Johar's dream project, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani will also introduce Aryan Khan. However, it is not certain what role will be played by Aryan in the film. As the above-mentioned picture suggests the tagline, ‘Another era begins, stay tuned’, people are assuming that Aryan will don the cap of an assistant director to Karan. As per Filmfare:
“Aryan Khan has indeed signed the film, however, whether his work is in front or behind the camera is yet to be revealed.”
On December 6, 2022, Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan posted a picture of his Red Chilies Film script. Alongside it, Aryan penned that he is all set with his first film project. He also expressed his joy in saying 'action' soon. He had written:
"Wrapped with the writing…can’t wait to say action."

Aryan Khan holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Cinematic Arts, Film and Television Production School of Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California. Talking about the same in an interview with DNA, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that Aryan has always been passionate about being behind the camera. He had shared that Aryan never wanted to act in films but rather direct them. In his words:
"He's been writing, directing and learning stuff for four years. It's one of the highest levels of studies at the University of Southern California to become a filmmaker. My daughter wants to act. She also has to attend a four-year course in theatre. So I think both of them should study."
Earlier, Aryan Khan was supposed to join Karan Johar as an assistant director in his magnum opus, Takht, which got shelved.
