Asim Azhar is a popular Pakistani singer who was previously entangled in a whirlwind of romance with actress, Hania Aamir. The masses immensely loved the duo, which is why their breakup was hard to accept for their fans. After breaking up with Hania, Asim came into a relationship with Merub Ali and the two even got engaged in 2023. It so happened that Merub is signed as an ambassador for a brand that was previously endorsed by Hania. Merub clicked a snap for the brand in the same spot and style as Hania previously did. This led to netizens accusing the socialite of copying Asim Azhar's ex, Hania Aamir and even called them the Pakistani version of Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber.
