The first two episodes of Khatron Ke Khiladi were full of drama and aggression. Asim Riaz made a comeback to the television screen after a four-year hiatus with the stunt-based reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. His fans were very excited about his comeback, but unfortunately, Asim's stint in the show was short-lived, and the reality star had a major showdown with Rohit Shetty and the KKK14 team.
Asim Riaz, Aashish Mehrotra, and Niyati Fatnan were assigned a task that he had lost. After this, the winning duo asked Asim to take accountability for his failure. This agitated Asim, and he started to blame the KKK14 team for designing an exceptionally difficult task for him. Challenging the KKK14 team, Asim said:

“Do it in front of me. I won’t take a rupee from you guys. If you do it, I won’t take a rupee, camera is on.”

Rohit Shetty calmly explained to Asim that the experts first perform all the stunts that are then assigned to them. However, Asim was in no mood to listen and Rohit played the footage of the team performing the task. After this Asim and Rohit Shetty got into a heated argument and the latter said:
“Sun meri baat sunle varna mei utha ke yahi patak dunga. Aise mere se badtameezi nahi karna."
Things started going downhill from here onwards as Asim charged towards Rohit Shetty to start a physical brawl. Other contestants interfered, and Asim began to shout at them, too. Asim further called the other contestants losers and claimed that no one has seen success like him. In his words:
"Joh shaurat maine dekhi hai na, kisine nahi dekhi hai."

After the massive showdown, the KKK14 team calmed down Asim, but he burst out and started talking about his wealth. He even got into an argument with Abhishek Kumar and other contestant. He even said that all the hype around the show is because of him. Asim further added:
“The money that you guys are giving me, I earn triple of it. I have so much money you can’t even imagine. I change four cars within six months. Do you think I need that money? It is for the fans I was here, not for these losers. You see the buzz around the internet. It is because of me. Do you get it? Because it’s after four years. Whenever I come, even after 10 years, it’s the same buzz. Otherwise yeh aate jaate pata nahi chalta."
Later, he walked out of the scene and Rohit Shetty declared that Asim is no longer a part of the show.
