Bollywood actor, Suneil Shetty's daughter, Athiya Shetty got married in an intimate ceremony with her cricketer beau, KL Rahul. The couple's wedding festivities were kept away from the media glare, and the moment their wedding pictures were posted from Suneil's farmhouse in Lonavala, fans were left in awe. Now, Athiya shared photos of her haldi ceremony that were simply breathtaking.
Athiya chose a gorgeous Ritu Kumar's ivory-hued cotton anarkali suit with gotta patti work. Her look was styled by Ami Patel. Athiya wore a gorgeous intricate handmade gold gotta work anarkali and teamed it with gharara skirt. It was a recreation of vintage RK in that old chai dipped cotton fabric and the antique gold work that took 2000 hours to embroider. Her look was just the perfect mix of comfort and luxury.
On January 27, 2023, Athiya Shetty took to her Instagram handle and posted cutesy glimpses of her haldi ceremony. In the first picture, Athiya and Rahul were sharing a candid laugh as they were drenched in haldi, and it was a heartmelting glimpse. Athiya looked gorgeous in a golden suit. She kept her look minimal with an oversized maang teeka.

In one of the pictures, we can see Athiya smashing her bhai, Ahan's face in haldi. It was a beautiful moment captured by the photographers that depicted the brother-sister duo's, endless love. Sharing the photos, Athiya captioned the post as "Sukh".
Athiya looked pretty in a peach-hued chikankari lehenga. The outfit featured intricate thread and pearl-work all over her outfit. Athiya radiated bridal glow by pinning her dupatta on her head. Her look was accentuated with a polki and pearl neckpiece, matching earrings and maang teeka. Pink dewy, and sheen makeup completed her look.
KL Rahul looked dapper in an ivory sherwani. His look was accessorised with emerald jewellery. The couple had a day wedding, and the pictures radiated their endless love for each other. Sharing the pictures, Athiya had written:
"In your light, I learn how to love…Today, with our most loved ones, we got married in the home that’s given us immense joy and serenity. With a heart full of gratitude and love, we seek your blessings on this journey of togetherness."
Just like most of the celebrity brides, Athiya also made sure to customise her own kaleeras. She ditched the usual gold kaleeras and picked dainty ones. Her kaleeras had sun and star trinkets, which were attached to bangles and they perfectly matched her pastel pink chikankari lehenga.
We loved Athiya's haldi look!
