Late Baba Siddique's Wife, Shehzeen: Changed Her Name And Converted To Islam To Marry The Politician

Baba Siddique, who was a famous NCP (Nationalist Congress Party) leader, was brutally killed on the occasion of Dussehra when fireworks were ongoing. A series of gunshots were aimed at Baba Siddique near his son, Zeeshan Siddique's office, and it became the cause of his death.

While the gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's group has come forward and revealed the reason for killing the politician, his family who are left devasted. The world knows about Baba Siddique, but not his family, especially his wife, Shehzeen Siddiqui, who has been an important pillar in the late politician's success.

Who is Baba Siddique's wife, Shehzeen Siddique?

Ziauddin Siddique, who joined the Indian National Congress at a young age in 1977, rose to immense fame as Baba Siddique. He was the most loved politician among the Tinseltown. However, not many know that Baba Siddique's love story is no less than a filmy tale. 

According to reports, Baba Siddique got married to Shehzeen Siddique. However, it wasn't her real name. Her birth name was Alka Bindra, and she was the sister of Ranjit Bindra. 

Shehzeen Siddique changed her name and converted to Islam

Baba Siddique and Shehzeen Siddique had an arranged marriage. After marriage, Alka Bindra became Shehzeen and even converted her religion. They got blessed with a daughter on July 29, 1989. It was in 1992 when Baba Siddique's family got complete with the arrival of their son, Zeeshan Siddique.

Baba Siddique's son, Zeeshan, is a politician while his daughter, Arshia, is a doctor

Baba Siddique's son, Zeeshan, is also a politician from the Indian National Congress and a serving member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. However, in February 2024, he was expelled from the Congress party, days after his father joined the ruling party NCP. On the other hand, Baba Siddique's daughter, Arshia, is a doctor and an entrepreneur. 

Baba Siddique was shot dead by three attackers in Mumbai

According to reports, Baba Siddique was shot dead near his son, Zeesha Siddique's office in Bandra, Mumbai. There are also claims that multiple bullets were fired at him, and one of the bullets struck his chest. It seems to be a pre-plan, as he was shot during the Dussehra celebrations as fireworks were going on. The report further stated that two attackers have been detained, but one is on the run. While the entire nation is in utter shock, the reason for this tragic incident is not yet known. 

Baba Siddique was killed due to his friendship with Salman Khan

After Baba Siddique was brutally killed on October 12, 2024, Lawrence Bishoi Gang took responsibility for the same. Not only this, they openly threatened Salman Khan and stated that they didn't wanted a war. They even gave a warning to people not to help Salman Khan or else they would also go through the same fate as Baba Siddique. An excerpt from the note by Lawrence Bishnoi gang could be read as:

"We have no personal enmity with anyone. However, anyone who helps Salman Khan or the Dawood gang should be prepared."
