Kareena Kapoor Khan's parents, Babita Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor are not ideal couple. In fact, the duo parted ways after seventeen years of togetherness, but they never filed for divorce. Rumours were rife that Babita didn't like Randhir's careless attitude towards life. Babita took care of her daughters and acted as a pillar of support in their acting careers. But after 35 years of parting ways, Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor have reunited.
According to the latest report in ETimes, Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor are back to staying together. The veteran actress has shifted to Randhir's new home in Bandra. Their children, Karisma and Kareena are super happy that their parents are back together under the same roof. The report further claimed that the couple has been living together for the past seven months.

For those who don't know, Babita Kapoor was supposed to start living with Randhir Kapoor in 2008. However, Randhir revealed that it was not going to happen anytime soon.
During an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show, Randhir Kapoor opened up about how his relationship with Babita brewed. Randhir shared that he was doing time pass while he was dating his estranged wife, Babita. However, his parents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor stepped in and fixed their wedding.

Earlier, in a media interaction with the Hindustan Times, Randhir had shared that Babita didn't like the way he led life. He revealed that she found him terrible as he used to drink a lot and would come home late. He added that he was not able to live life on her terms and they parted ways. He was quoted as saying:
"She found that I was a terrible man who drank a lot and came home late, which was something she didn't like. And I didn't want to live the way she wanted, and she couldn't accept me as I am, though it was a love marriage. So it's okay. We had two lovely children to look after. She brought them up in the best way, and they have excelled in their career. What else could I have asked for as a father?"
Well, Randhir and Babita's reunion after 35 years, is inspired by the song, 'Hum jab honge saath saal ke aur tum hogi pachpan ki, bolo preet nibhayogi na tab bhi apne bachpan ki'. What do you think?
