Kanwar Dhillon is best known for his portrayal of 'Shiva' in the Star Plus serial, Pandaya Store. The actor made his debut in the television industry with the teen comedy-drama series, The Buddy Project in 2012 and is currently seen in Undne Ki Aasha as 'Sachin'. Kanwar is in a relationship with his Pandaya Store co-star, Alice Kaushik, who was a contestant in Bigg Boss 18. The actor was recently spotted with his girlfriend by the paparazzi, and Kanwar spilled some beans about not participating in Bigg Boss 18.
Paparazzi recently spotted Kanwar Dhillon and Alice Kaushik. In the shared video, Kanwar was seen in a printed shirt paired with light blue denim and a red watch, whereas Alice wore a golden one-shoulder bodysuit with a flower sleeve, blue denim, and blue and golden earrings. Kanwar told the media that he would only participate in the show to do well. To which Alice also agreed and said:
"Haan ye jayega toh definitely dhamaal karega."
Kanwar Dhillon previously said that he wouldn't have participated with his girlfriend, Alice Kaushik, even if given a chance because he feels that relationships can drastically change inside the house. In the recent video, he was seen saying that he couldn't even go inside the house for Alice. He added that if he had gone, he'd pass remarks with Alice, which he would've enjoyed.

Alice Kaushik hasn't had the easiest stint on Bigg Boss 18. She was questioned and criticised for her friendship with co-contestant, Avinash Mishra. Even her relationship with Kanwar faced hard waters when Salman Khan told her that Kanwar had said he didn't plan on marrying her. However, the duo seemed to have mended things as she spoke in support of her beau and said that he would do amazing, if given a chance to participate in Bigg Boss.
Alice Kaushik had a short yet memorable stint in Bigg Boss 18. She created genuine and strong bonds with co-contestants, Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra, who were deeply saddened by the former's elimination. Alice was evicted from the Bigg Boss 18 house during Weekend Ka Vaar, featuring co-hosts, Hina Khan and Salman Khan, on November 24, 2024.

Soon after her elimination, Alice Kaushik sat with Nwes18 Showshaw, criticising Karan Veer Mehra's performance on the show. She said he should've been eliminated instead of her, as his gameplay lacked substance. Alice also reflected on her journey in the show and said she was eliminated too soon and would love to return to the show if given a chance. She was quoted saying:
"I think I will be a lot more vocal about things. I will also have a benefit this time since I would have watched all the episodes now. I will know who is acting and how. It will be a different ballgame altogether."
