Diwali, for some it means coming back to family and enjoying the three-day celebration amongst close ones, and for others, it means dressing up to go out and party. There are different ways of celebrating Diwali, and every little detail about the festivity of light is adored by the desis. Whether shamelessly passing on the packets of soan papdi or competing with others to dress up better, everyone waits for Diwali the whole year.
While Bollywood has been celebrating Diwali by throwing lavish parties one after the other, we are only hoping that we had such cool friends who would throw such tadak-bharak parties for us. This time, it's Sonam Kapoor and her hubby, Anand Ahuja’s star-studded Diwali bash, which is making a lot of noise on the internet. Daughter of Sunjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with the upcoming film, Bedhak. The actress lives in our hearts rent-free, courtesy of her charming looks and amazing personality. She attended Sonam Kapoor’s Diwali bash and, as always, stole the limelight. She turned all ethnic in a regal green Tarun Tahiliani lehenga, which featured aari and hand zardozi.
Her attempt to give a modern touch to her outfit with an off-shoulder blouse looked absolutely flawless. She carried an embellished dupatta and accessorised her look with a gold and blue choker set and matching earrings.

Janhvi turned all glitz and shimmery in a blingy pastel pink lehenga adorned with gold and silver threadwork. Her backless choli was designed with colourful mirror-work, and it featured a plunging neckline. She ditched heavy accessories and wore drop earrings and a kiara. She looked beautiful, and her bold appearance became the talk of the event.
Kriti Sanon knows how to slay effortlessly at parties. For the night, she kept her look simple yet sizzling. Kriti wore a magenta-pink sheer saree. The lightweight saree bore silver work all over the saree and fringe accents at the hem. Her strappy blouse featured a sweetheart neckline. Dangling earrings, a bracelet, and glam makeup elevated her look.

Bhumi Pednekar appeared in a bold look for Sonam Kapoor’s Diwali bash. This time, Bhumi turned into a sexy babe with a perfect all-white Indo-western outfit. Her sultry blouse featured a plunging neckline, and the drapes of her satin saree were adorned with rose designs. She wore diamond rings and a simple wristwatch to complete her look. Dark brown lips and wavy hair enhanced her look.
Malaika Arora made a stunning entry at Sonam’s party with her boyfriend, Arjun Kapoor. While Arjun wore a black-hued kurta and pyjama with dainty silver work, Malaika opted for a green-coloured co-ord. In addition, she wore a yellow-coloured floor-gazing shrug with fringe details at the hem. She oozed a perfect boho look in a pair of hoop earrings, a statement neck piece and pin-straight hair.
Ananya Panday looked chic and classy in a sheer white saree with glittery silver work all over it. Her saree was embellished with a broad silver border at the hemline. She draped the astonishing number on an embellished strappy blouse and looked cute. A diamond choker set and a pair of bangles complemented her look.
