Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai fame, Firoz Khan, left for the heavenly abode on May 23, 2024, in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh. Reportedly, he suffered a heart attack and breathed his last, leaving his fans and family members heartbroken. Firoz Khan’s untimely demise has come as a shock to the film and TV fraternity, and fans have been mourning his death on social media. Reportedly, the late actor's burial will take place in Badaun, UP.
According to a report by India TV, it is revealed that Firoz Khan was in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh, for some time. While staying there, he participated in many events and also gave performances through social media. The report further stated that Firoz Khan gave his last performance at the Voter Mahotsav at Badaun Club on May 4, 2024, and was highly appreciated by all.

Durga Rahikwar, who is Shah Rukh Khan’s lookalike, was the first person to share the news of Firoz Khan’s death. Taking to his Instagram handle, on May 23, 2024, the actor dropped a throwback picture with Kapil Sharma and Firoz Khan and penned a heartfelt caption. Sharing the photo, he wrote:
“Aaj hamare beech Feroz Khan bhaijaan (Jr. Amitabh Bachchan) nahi rahe.”
Firoz Khan’s Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hai's co-star, Charrul Malik remembered him affectionately and mourned his demise. Speaking to The Indian Express, she said that Firoz was a very gentle and down-to-earth person who never failed to amaze anyone with his comic timing. She shared:
“It’s very sad news. I met him several times during award shows and on the show. He was a very gentle and down-to-earth person. His comic timing was amazing. He used to be very happy and cheerful. He once asked to make a reel together, but we never got a chance to do that.”

For the unversed, Firoz Khan was well known for mimicking legendary superstar, Amitabh Bachchan and rose to fame for his stint in the popular serial, Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hai. Apart from this, the late actor had worked in many TV shows, including Jija Ji Chhat Par Hai, Saheb Bibi Aur Boss, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan and Shaktimaan. Firoz has also worked in many films, including singer, Adnan Sami's superhit song, Thodi Si Tu Lift Kara De.
