Bollywood actress, Bipasha Basu made headlines as she revealed the shocking news of her baby, Devi, being born with two holes in her heart. For the unversed, it was during an IG live session with actress, Neha Dhupia, that Bipasha Basu opened up about her child’s medical condition and the difficult phase she went through. While the video was extremely heartbreaking, it was the special appearance of Bipasha's almost one-year-old baby, Devi that made our hearts flutter.
When Bipasha Basu's daughter made a cameo in her mommy's video, the actress talked about her baby's friendly behaviour. The new mommy talked about her daughter's passion for exercising and shared that Devi could do difficult exercises when she was 19 days old. Talking about the same, Bipasha said:

“She is beautiful and she is going to be an athlete. She could do pull-ups, planks at 19 days old."

Bipasha Basu further revealed that her daughter, Devi loves to pose in front of the camera. The Ajnabee actress went on to share that it’s impossible for her to hide her daughter from the paps, as the latter always fights with her to show her face to the camera. Bipasha added:
“She loves to pose and camera. Even if I want to hide her from paps, it is impossible because she fights with me to show her face. Right now, she just wants to say Hi, she's thinking what is mumma doing."
In the video, Devi received warm embraces in her mother’s arms, and she smiled for a moment as Neha Dhupia cheered for the little munchkin. During the interaction, Bipasha referred to her daughter as a social butterfly and revealed that she often wonders how did she produce a social butterfly. Bipasha concluded:
“She’s lively, friendly, and a social butterfly, I say. How did I produce a social butterfly? I don’t know. She loves to chat and loves to talk."

During the conversation, the new mommy also made a shocking revelation about her daughter, Devi, as she shared that the latter was born with two holes in her heart. While Bipasha and Karan used to go for scans every month, the doctors were doubtful that the holes were healing. However, the new parents waited for three months, and finally, the surgery happened when Devi was three months old, and the operation went on for six hours. Reflecting on the same, the actress revealed that she felt like her life had stopped when Devi was in OT.
