We remember once in the Men's World magazine, Bobby had talked about his childhood memories. He had revealed that he was the most pampered kid since he was the youngest in the entire family. Bobby had also stated that his father, Dharmendra used to take him to his outdoor shooting schedules and that's where he had spent the most time with him.
On January 27, 2021, Bobby turned 52, and on the occasion of his birthday, we stumbled upon his unseen childhood picture. In the picture, which has been trending on the internet, we can see little Bobby looking adorable as his father, Dharmendra held him in his arms and was seen posing for the camera. Check it out below:
We all will agree to this fact that no matter how old we get, our father will always remain our idol. And being a son of legendry actor, Dharmendra is truly a blessing. But every relationship has its own ups and downs, and Bobby Deol had also felt a distance in his relationship with his father, Dharmendra. In an interview with the Filmfare, Bobby Deol had talked about the same and had said, “When we were growing up, papa was working hard. So we didn’t spend much time with him. I used to go with him for outdoor shootings. People thought and acted in a different way then. The relation between father and children wasn’t as smooth then as it is in today’s generation. I made it a point to avoid that kind of a distance with my own kids. We have a friendly relationship." Bobby had further shared that he still thinks that his father, Dharmendra will scold him, if he let his heart open. The actor had stated, "In earlier times, children respected their parents but didn’t open their hearts to them. My father always complains that I don’t open my heart to him. He often tells me to sit with him, talk to him and I reply that even today I’m afraid you’ll start scolding me. I wanted to take that fear away from my children and perhaps I’ve been successful in doing so."

In an old interview with Rediff, Bobby had talked about the perks of being a Deol. He had said that he doesn't think there are any disadvantages of being a Deol. He has been a proud Deol. And the actor had further said, "And I wish in every birth of mine, even if I am not in the industry, I should be born in the same family. I have amazing parents and a great family. I am the youngest. When you are the youngest, you do what you want to most of the time. Eat what you like. So that way, maybe I am spoilt. I got my way with most things. But I am happy with the way my parents have brought me up. I think people like me. I am well-mannered because of my upbringing."
