Accept it, girls, there was a point in our life when Disney's fairytale weddings charmed us. We all wanted to get married to our prince charming, wearing Cinderella's glistening gown with the glass slippers. We all wanted to twirl like a princess on one of our happiest days, but then we grew up and many of the women's dream of wearing the prettiest gown was subsided.
However, nowadays, brides are not compromising on what they want to wear. In fact, they are following their hearts and wearing whatever they want for their big day. From donning the prettiest gowns to suit, sarees and whatnot. Recently, we spotted a bride, who became the first Indian to wear renowned designer, Elie Saab's customised-couture gown for her reception.
Meet our bride of the week, Hanna S Khan, who is a fashion blogger and had gotten married to the man of her dreams, Shah Rukh Merchant. The wedding had taken place in Jai Mahal and Rambagh Palaces in Jaipur, Rajasthan. However, it was the bride's reception outfit that left everyone's mouth dropped in awe.

For the reception day, the bride had picked a lovely gown with beautiful Swarovski crystal and sheer sleeves. Her gown had an 8-meter long trail and weighed around 30 kgs. Keeping the jewellery subtle, the bride had donned a minimalistic diamond neckpiece and matching earrings. Subtle makeup with highlighted cheeks and soft eyes completed her reception look. On the other hand, her groom had donned a crisp black tuxedo.

For the wedding day, the bride had opted for a beautiful silver jacket lehenga. Her outfit was from designer, Ohaila Khan. She had taken our breath away with her glistening ensemble, which comprised of a lehenga skirt teamed with a matching blouse, a long jacket and a sheer dupatta. However, it was her choice of jewellery that accentuated her look. She had opted for a two-layered neckpiece, a maang teeka and a minimalistic silver kaleere.
The groom also looked dapper in a cream-coloured sherwani. He had finished off with a matching turban with a kalgi over it.
Well, we loved the bride's reception look and her memories of the biggest day of her life were beautifully captured by Recall Pictures.
