Nidarshana Gowani is an Indian social activist, real estate entrepreneur, and philanthropist who works to improve the lives of various communities in India and make it a better place to live. The businesswoman graced the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival in the fashionable best, and she surely left a mark in a stunning saree and jewellery, all of which were specially crafted and executed by Indian artisans.
Cannes Film Festival is one of the most celebrated events in the world, and just like every year, several Indians graced the occasion in their fashionable best. One such dignitary was Nidarshana Gowani. For the event, she donned a Zardozi saree with heavy embroidery all across its span. The piece was made by 100-plus village weavers and handcrafted by the label, Gavin Miguel. The saree was in peach tone with intricate silver embroidery.

Nidarshana elevated her look manifold by pairing her gorgeous saree with a polka diamond-encrusted Meena Jadau necklace, a true masterpiece that took 200 artisans and 1800 man-hours to make. This exclusive piece featured some of the rarest gems in the world, adding a touch of intrigue and fascination to her ensemble. Nidarshana’s team revealed the necklace is 118-year-old and it crafted by Ghanasingh To Be True, further emphasizing its exclusivity.
Nidarshana proved that she is a true ambassador of Indian heritage and craftsmanship and supported ‘Made in India’ in the best way possible. For her glam, the philanthropist kept it neutral with a dewy base and well-defined brows. She highlighted the apple of her cheeks with blush and kept her lips nude in peach hues.
