Wedding is the most sacred bond. When two people love each other enough to be willing to spend the rest of their life together then nothing else matters. The lovers count the days to their wedding, however, the COVID-19 pandemic had made some lovers wait a little longer to get reunited. As the pandemic had delayed many weddings, we got to witness many celebrities tying their bond of togetherness during the pandemic and lockdown.

Tollywood’s most eligible bachelor, Rana Daggubati had joined the bandwagon of married actors as he had tied the knot with fiancée, Miheeka Bajaj. On August 8, 2020, Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj had become each other's forever in a memorable lockdown wedding. The wedding ceremony had commenced in Hyderabad and it was a close-knit affair with only family and close friends in attendance. Even though there were restrictions on the celebration, Rana and Miheeka's wedding was every bit grand as imagined.
While Rana had worn the shades of cream, the gorgeous bride, Miheeka Bajaj had ditched the traditional red for shades of cream and gold for her elegant wedding attire. The gorgeous Anamika Khanna lehenga donned by Miheeka had taken 10,000 man-hours, as per the words of the designer. The coral veil of the lehenga had accentuated the whole look, and the hand-done zardosi with a fine work of chikankari and gold metalwork on the lehenga paired with a woven gold dupatta had imparted the dreamy look.

Finally, after two-and-a-half years, Puja and Kunal had decided to take their relationship to the next level and had tied the knot as they had already postponed it enough due to the professional reasons. It was on April 15, 2020, when Puja and Kunal had planned to become each other’s forever and had tied the knot as per Bengali rituals.
Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma had delighted their fans with the news of their secret court marriage in the month of April 2020. Sharing a throwback picture from Durga Puja - Sindoor Khela in 2019, Puja and Kunal had announced the news of their registered marriage, which had happened a month-and-a-half ago. Puja and Kunal had written, “This is a pic from last year durga puja sindoor khela. Today was supposed to be our wedding but the situation is such that we have cancelled all our ceremonies although we had registered our marriage before a month so we are officially married and together forever now.” The couple is now ready to welcome a baby into their life and embrace parenthood.

Diya Aur Baati Hum fame, Prachi Tehlan had also announced that she is going to get married to her businessman and wildlife conservationist beau, Rohit Saroha on August 7, 2020. It was in the year 2012 when Prachi Tehlan had met Rohit Saroha at her cousin's wedding, and the latter had experienced a different vibe with her. But unfortunately, three months into their relationship, Prachi and Rohit had parted ways mutually. But just like any Bollywood movie out there, destiny had different plans for Rohit and Prachi, and it was in May 2020, when they had reconnected. And later in the month of August, 2020, the August the duo had tied the knot.

Ashutosh Kaushik had won season 5 of MTV’s reality show, Roadies. Not just Roadies, he had also won the season 2 of the popular reality show, Bigg Boss because of his desi attitude and vibe. On October 30, 2020, Kajal Aggarwal had finally tied the knot with her main man, Gautam Kitchlu. In the first glimpse of Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu from their wedding ceremony, the couple had looked made for each other. In the picture, we could see Kajal looking beautiful in a red lehenga with golden embroidery. On the other hand, the groom, Gautam had looked dapper in a white sherwani with an onion-pink doshala.

Balraj has tied the knot with singer, Deepti Tuli on August 7, 2020, in Jalandhar, Punjab. In an interview with The Times of India, Balraj had shared how he had met his ladylove, and had said,
"We met in July last year, during a shoot in Chandigarh. I was hosting a show, while she was performing in it with her band. I developed an instant liking for her, but I guess, she didn't like me much or else she would have responded to my text messages (laughs!)."
