Chahat Anand, a popular social media influencer, surprised her 2.3 million followers on Instagram when she shared heartwarming pictures from her engagement ceremony with Mateusz, fondly called as Matt. However, do you know that the popular social media influencer met the love of her life via a dating app? The popular content creator and her would-be husband, Matt, shared exclusive details related to the same.
Chahat, who is known for making food and travel vlogs, shared heartwarming pictures from her engagement ceremony on her social media feed. During an exclusive interview with Bollywood Shaadis, Chahat and Matt spoke about how they met in Japan and what made the content creator feel that he was the right person for her. Chahat said:
"It was like first of all we met via a dating app. He did not know where I was from. He thought I was from Australia. He was a gentleman. He was holding my Uniqlo bag. Let me take care of you. He was so sweet with the staff when we went to a place. I liked the most about him."
Matt, going further in the interview, revealed that he met Chahat in a restaurant known for Big Pasta. He remembered seeing her, and she looked cute, like a little tourist. He did not know anything about her and was not at all familiar with Indian social media. Mateusz further added:
"She told me that she dyed her hair pinkish and did her nails in super Japanese style. I was asking her if it was her first time in Japan. She was like, no second time'. Basically, it was funny because she was not even eating the pasta, and I didn't know that she was shooting a video, but she was very, very tired, and first, I thought she was not interested or something. in terms of talking to me."
Matt then added that he thought she was cute so tried to keep the conversation up. After the restaurant they just walked a bit, and he offered to help because she told him it was her last day in Japan and she needed to buy some gifts for family and friends. They went little bit shopping, took care of her as he lived in Japan before for 2 years, and knew the area quite a bit.
Chahat felt connected to Matt, after dating for 7 months. Chahat has not revealed when she plans to get married, but after her marriage, she wants to travel the world and have happy moments with Matt. They want to live like free birds, and be there with one another. When her beau, Matt was asked about how do they manage through disagreements, he said:
