A world that constantly judges a woman depending upon her work choices, family planning and workout routines, we need more and more women like Chhavi Mittal, who knows how to shut them with their 'I Can' journey. The actress' second pregnancy has been a joyful ride and she introduced us to lots of new things. However, it is her post-pregnancy journey and back to workout routine that has been giving us all the inspiration. Chhavi and Mohit were blessed with their second child on May 13, 2019, who they lovingly named, Arham Hussein. But her delivery wasn’t an easy one as her apple of an eye had refused to leave her body even in the 10th month of pregnancy. And her dream of Hypno-Birthing was shattered by her doctor who forced her for C-section. But a little bit of time and lots of care had helped Chhavi to move on from the pain.
On July 24, 2019, Chhavi got a heads-up from her doctor to start her workout journey. The actress shared the news on her Instagram handle and wrote, "I couldn't wipe this big smile off my face all of Saturday! My final visit with the doc who told me the magical words I had been dying to hear. "I don't want to see you again, you're perfectly fine, stitches have healed and now you can workout!" She further wrote, "10 weeks postpartum and it feels like years away from the gym. I started with swimming, and although I had decided to start slow, I swam non-stop for 45 minutes straight! Can't even begin to put into words how fulfilling it felt! Liberating! And it felt great to know that my stamina is not so bad considering. The tough part was running and weights. Couldn't run for more than a minute at a stretch bummer. And on leg day, I couldn't even climb 4 steps back to the lift! "
Chhavi also shared how her husband, Mohit has been taking care of her kids while she is losing all the fat, "But all fitness freaks will agree with me when I say, nothing ever makes you feel more alive when you feel dead after an exhausting workout! Thank you @mohithussein for doing baby duty even after spending quality sleepless nights with me, just so I can do what I absolutely love! #workout."

Recently, in an interview with the International Business Times, Mohit had talked about his second-time daddy journey, and had shared, "We had been planning a baby for a while now. And we waiting for the right time to let it happen. Our first daughter is now six and a half years old. We felt its right time for her to have a sibling. And it was time for us to add a new member to our family. It was very much exciting when my wife confirmed that it is happening. In a way nervous too as we knew about the new responsibilities too."
He had further added, "The kid in me is always alive. It's good to enjoy and encounter every new day. And the time and commitment in a child's upbringing is a mixture of both enjoyment and responsibilities."
Mohit had also talked about sharing the journey of the parenthood with their fans, "Yes we both captured our experiences. We have all beautiful memories of the journey of our pregnancy and parenthood, and yes will serve that to our audiences so that they can enjoy and relate themselves to the situations."
