On June 19, 2022, Debina Bonnerjee shared a video on her YouTube channel, Debina Decodes. In the video, Debina answered some intimate questions asked by her female fans, who are facing difficulties in getting pregnant. One of her fans, who lost her twins in miscarriage, asked the actress, "How would I focus on selecting the specialist and clinic for a future IVF cycles?" To which, Debina responded:
"First of all, go by word of mouth and not advertising. If you have any friends or acquaintance who has had a good experience in the IVF center, then go there. Secondly, ask the center if they have a lab that can make the embryo into the blastocyst stage, which is like the fifth day. Having a good lab is essential and select a doctor whom you are always in touch with whom you can be in touch with easily."
In one of the segments of the video, another fan said that she has had her IVF cycle and after that, she tried IUI which did not succeed. She further asked Debina, "How many times have you tried and at what age have you conceived?" Answering the query, Debina revealed that she had conceived at the age of 37 and mentioned:
"Over a period of 5 years, I have tried 4 IUI and 5 IVFs cycles. It is better not to do back to back, back to back procedures, take a few months break in between. Finally I conceived at the age of 37 so it was not the easiest path as we all know. Each IVF cycle costs you around 2 lakhs, starting from the injections to the egg retrieval to the transfer, the number of times you get it done, the cost increases accordingly. With that, add the cost of your tears, patience and time as there's a lot of emotional investment. But when you see your baby smile for the first time, it is just worth it."

When one of her fans asked her how to sustain the situation when family and society pressurise to have a baby, Debina talked about the societal oppression that she and her hubby, Gurmeet had faced to have a baby. She shared how Gurmeet was her constant support when people had passed hurtful comments on her. Talking about the same, the new mommy said:
"When many people start asking this beautiful question that when are you becoming a mother and oh it's high time and some people even say in sarcasm that now it will not happen and it is very hurting. But two things that can actually help you survive this situation are your husband and a hobby. Your husband is your constant support and friend. It's a joint venture and it's not your struggle alone. And if both of you are not together in this and you're not getting cooperation from there, then this journey is not worth it. Me and my husband used to dodge such questions together with fun and say that we are both children now and why do we have to do children right now."
Well, Debina is an inspiration to all the ladies out there, who are not willing to let go off their hope of becoming a mother.
