Bollywood actresses, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif reportedly had some tension between them. If reports are to be believed, they weren’t even on talking terms with one another for a long amount of time. This was mainly due to their ex-relationship with actor, Ranbir Kapoor. However, during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding ceremony in Jamnagar, Gujarat, the actresses were seen posing for a photo with their current partners, making us believe that they have let the bygones be bygones.
But once again, in a few rare photos from Anant Ambani and Radhika Mechant's wedding on July 12, 2024, in Mumbai, we found Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif were seemingly avoiding one another. In the photos, Deepika was seen talking with someone and smiling. However, in the same photo, we also spotted Katrina, who held her husband, Vicky Kaushal's hand while looking towards something out of the frame. However, even when they were standing close to each other, the divas were not found talking to one another.

For the event, Deepika opted for a regal Torani ensemble and flaunted her baby bump. She completed her look for the day with an antique choker with a beautiful history from the Sikh empire, glam makeup, and a gajra-adorned hairdo. On the other hand, Katrina looked stunning in a red saree with golden motifs and a beautifully designed border. She teamed her saree with a matching-hued full-sleeved high-neck blouse, a double-layered necklace, and matching earrings and kept her hair open.
Earlier, we stumbled upon a picture of Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone, captured during the second day of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The divas were seen sharing a candid moment along with their respective husbands, Vicky Kaushal and Ranveer Singh. In the photo, Deepika looked gorgeous in a white pantsuit, while Ranveer opted for a jungle-theme shirt with white trousers and a hat. On the other hand, Katrina stunned in a beige-hued floral printed dress with a deep V-neck, whereas Vicky twinned with her in his beige-hued outfit. All four of them flaunted their smiles while posing for the lens.

Earlier, in an interview with Mid-Day, Katrina Kaif made a shocking revelation about an incident from her professional front in connection with her personal life. The actress shared that she was supposed to be a part of Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer film, Bachna Ae Haseeno. Moreover, Katrina claimed that she was supposed to play the role of the fourth girl. However, the character was completely removed from the final script, and she was then removed. Katrina revealed:
“I was the fourth girl, that character got cut.”
