Bollywood actress, Deepika Padukone has been enjoying her pregnancy to the fullest. The actress, who is currently in her last trimester, is counting the days until she can embrace her baby in her arms. Deepika and Ranveer recently delighted their fans with the former's maternity shoot, in which the duo looked the happiest. Deepika's baby bump pictures came as a slap in the face of the trollers, who claimed that she was faking her pregnancy.
In the pictures, Deepika Padukone was seen showing off her baby bump in full glory. She and her husband, Ranveer Singh, posed for some candid monochrome shots and were seen beaming with joy. The actress bared her baby bump as she slipped into some stylish outfits and left her hair down. Deepika captioned her photos with a heart, an evil eye and infinity emojis.

As soon as Deepika and Ranveer shared the surreal pictures on Instagram, the social media users started speculating that the actress might be expecting a baby boy. The couple left the netizens amused with the gorgeous pictures from Deepika's maternity shoot. A user wrote, “Beta hoga”. Another penned, “It's a boy. God bless you guys.”

Earlier, in a conversation with Hindi Rush, Veena Nagda opened up about Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's to-be-born baby. She shared that she first met Ranveer at Ram Charan’s wedding, and they again met during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding. Veena added that she congratulated Ranveer and said that he would soon be blessed with a baby boy. She said in Hindi:
“I met Ranveer Singh at Ram Charan’s wedding, and we shared a hug. We met again during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding and shared similar emotions. Singh jokingly said I also want a little Mehendi and hugged. I also congratulated him, saying, 'Beta Aane wala hai'.”
Meanwhile, a report in News18 Showsha stated that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are setting up the space for their little one. A source close to the couple also revealed that Deepika might give birth to her baby on September 28, 2024, at a hospital situated in South Bombay. The soon-to-be mother is currently enjoying every bit of her pregnancy, and she will take care of her child for a few months before returning to work in March 2025.
