Dalljiet Kaur's first husband, Shalin Bhanot, is making headlines due to his alleged relationship with Eisha Singh. It all started after Salman Khan, in the latest episode of Bigg Boss 18 teased Eisha about her bond with Shalin. However, to avoid any unnecessary speculations, Esha denied the same, and clearly stated that he is her best friend.
After Salman Khan teased Eisha Singh with Shalin's name, she clarified her stance. Eisha stated that Shalin is her close friend. She further said that they had worked together in the past, so they have a good bond with each other. However, there is nothing more to it. Eisha also stated that she values him a lot. Esha was quoted as saying:
"Shalin is only my best friend. We have worked together so of-course we share a very close bond but there’s nothing more to it. Shalin and I share a close friendship, and I value him a lot."
For the unversed, it all started after Eisha denied having a boyfriend. Salman then dropped a hint and teased her by stating that the person might be someone he knows, who has calm demenur and he might be her very close friend, he could be Shalin. Salman Khan said:
"Boyfriend nahi hoga very close friend hoga, shayad main unko jaanta hoga, nature ke bahut he calm honge, Shalin honge. Last phone call kiske the jab aap iss ghar mein aayi thi woh kiske the?"
Further when Karan Veer questioned Eisha about her bond with Shalin as they were constantly on video call during Khatron Ke Khiladi. To this, Eisha stated that they are just friends.
For those who don't know, Shalin Bhanot and Eisha Singh's dating buzz has been going on for quite some time. However, they never addressed the rumours or talked about it. Eisha and Shalin even worked together on the serial, Bekaboo. Shalin's relationship made headlines even when he was part of Bigg Boss 16.

Shalin Bhanot was earlier married to Dalljiet Kaur. They even have a son together, whose custody is with Dalljiet. The ex-couple parted ways on an ugly note. Dalljiet had filed a domestic violence complaint against Shalin. And it was 2015, they got officially divorced.
In an interview with Vickey Lalwani's YouTube channel, Dalljiet was questioned about her parents finding out about her going through the difficulty she faced in her first marriage with Shalin Bhanot. She shared that in her first marriage, she was young and was told to stay quiet and keep everything under wraps. Dalljiet said:
"In my first marriage, I was told, I was very young also, I was told, 'Ek Chup, 100 sukh'. I was very young I was told to keep it all under wraps. I was very naive, it went on for years."
