Wedding season is still not over, and Tinseltown is witnessing grand weddings one after the other. This season, we have seen some prominent faces from the film fraternity getting married, which included the likes of Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, Patralekhaa Paul-Rajkummar Rao, Mouni Roy-Suraj Nambiar, and many more. Now, we have another couple, who has joined the newlywed's tribe.
On February 5, 2022, entrepreneur and film producer, Punit Balan tied the knot with Janhavi R. Dhariwal in a grand wedding ceremony at Pune. For the unversed, Janhavi R. Dhariwal is the daughter of late Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal and the CMD of Manikchand Oxyrich. And now, the photos and videos from their wedding are doing rounds on the internet.

Punit Balan and Janhavi R. Dhariwal's wedding was a star-studded event. For the wedding, Punit donned a cream-coloured embroidered sherwani and completed his look with a matching turban and a multi-layered emerald necklace. On the other hand, his bride, Janhavi, looked gorgeous in a heavily-embroidered pink-coloured lehenga. She paired her lehenga with a semi-sleeved blouse and styled it with dual dupattas.
Janhavi looked no less than a princess in her bridal attire, and her choice of jewellery won our hearts. She completed her look with stone-studded kundan jewellery, which included a maatha-patti, a choker, a multi-layered neckpiece, and matching earrings. Moreover, she opted for unique bangles with multi-coloured stones adorned on them.

The couple hosted a traditional wedding, which was attended by well-known personalities from the world of sports and film industry. The groom made a grand entry at the venue in a vintage car with a baraat featuring a group of dhol players and the guests grooving. Among the baraatis were former tennis player, Leander Paes and his girlfriend, Kim Sharma, cricketer, Yusuf Pathan, actors, Sharad Kelkar and Jay Bhanushali, director, Mahesh Limaye, and music-composer duo, Ajay-Atul and many others.
After tying the knot in the beautiful ceremony, Punit indulged in a heart-to-heart conversation with ETimes and said, "It's been a long journey and we are finally married." To which, his wife, Janhavi, added:
“I am just happy that this day has come and I am looking forward to our journey together."
