Fardeen Khan has made his comeback in the entertainment world after 14 years. Fans have been excited to watch the actor back in action with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The web series became a massive success, and the actor began working on his next project, Visfot. The actor faced some challenges when he took a break from the film industry, and one of them was going for IVF treatment with his wife. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor shared more details.
Fardeen Khan faced difficulty after losing his father, the veteran actor, Feroz Khan, in 2009. He revealed that he was facing challenges in having children as well. As a result, he and his wife, Natasha, decided to go for IVF treatment. The couple's experience of IVF treatment in Mumbai was not good and Natasha suffered a lot. So, they shifted to London for it. He recalled the situation, saying:

"We were having challenges having children, and that's when we decided to take the IVF route. That's why I needed to take some time off. It wasn't meant to be this long. I thought only for a few years…get everything settled, but things didn't happen that way. Then, when my daughter was born, my heart melted, and I thought, let's spend some time with her."

Fardeen Khan featured in successful films like Pyar Tune Kya Kiya, No Entry, All the Best, Om Jai Jagadish, and Bhoot. But, took a break when he faced personal problems at various levels. However, the actor feels that he has been privileged to get the option of taking a break. Although, he regrets that he shouldn't have taken it. He said:
"But I was fortunate that I had the luxury to take that time off. It wasn't deliberate or conscious, but having said that, when I look back, I wish I hadn't taken such a long break. Definitely a regret on many levels."
Fadeen Khan earlier shared that he and his wife were set to welcome twins. But in the sixth month of the pregnancy, they lost them. He added that it was a difficult time for the couple. For the unversed, Fardeen Khan and Natasha got married in December 2005. After the challenging time, the couple welcomed a daughter in 2013 and a son in 2017. Fardeen explained that his daughter brought joy to his and his wife's life.

On the work front, Fardeen Khan recently made a comeback to Bollywood. He was recently featured in the successful web series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Next, the actor will be seen in Visfot with Riteish Deshmukh, Priya Bapat, and Krystle D'Souza. In addition, he is rumoured to be a part of Mudassar Aziz's Khel Khel Mein, which features Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, and more.
