Fawad Khan was born in Karachi, Pakistan. He has had an amazing journey in the global entertainment industry and has a tremendous fan following in both India and Pakistan. One of Fawad's most renowned performances was in the Pakistani drama, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, in which he starred alongside Pakistani actress, Sanam Saeed. This drama shot him to immense popularity and set the stage for his remarkable future performances in notable dramas like Dastaan, Behadd, Satrangi, Ashk, and the critically acclaimed Humsafar.
Moreover, Fawad's charms are not limited to acting. His artistic spectrum extends to the music industry as well. Fawad Khan had to face a turbulent time period in his life when he had to bid adieu to his acting profession for his love. Unlike his reel life, Fawad did have to move mountains to get married to the love of his life. Fawad fell in love with his Sadaf Khan, when he was 17 and was studying at the Grammar School of Lahore. The actor met his ladylove in school and became friends with her, and he gradually fell in love with her, but due to his shy nature, he could not muster the courage to express his feelings to Sadaf.
Fortunately, an online conversation between the two took their bond to the next level, and they started dating in 1998. As per several reports, just seven days after their first meeting, Fawad proposed marriage to Sadaf. Moreover, both of them spent their journey together till college, and gradually, the love between the two grew stronger. But their love story was not easy because Sadaf's family was against their marriage.
Sadaf's family never wanted their daughter to marry a TV actor. Her family put a condition before Fawad that he could marry Sadaf only if he quits acting once and for all. The actor loved Sadaf so much that he thought of nothing else and put his career at stake for his love. After leaving acting, he started working in a 9-5 job. After this, both of them got married in 2005. Today, the couple is blessed with a daughter and a son, forming a foundation of love and support that complements Fawad Khan's illustrious career.
