First Glimpse Of Newlyweds, Anant And Radhika Merchant Ambani From Their 'Shubh Aashirwad' Surfaces

Indian business tycoon, Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani, tied the knot with his ladylove, Radhika Merchant, on July 12, 2024. Just a day after their extravagant 'wedding of the century', the Ambanis are hosting the newlyweds' Shubh Aashirwad ceremony at the Jio World Convention Centre.

Just a few moments ago, the first glimpse of the newlyweds, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, from their first post-wedding soiree surfaced on social media. In the video, they were seen sitting next to each other amidst a room full of people and flaunting their brightest smiles as they conversed with one another. In another video, the newlywed couple was seen performing a few puja rituals for their aashirwad ceremony while Mukesh and Nita Ambani accompanied them.

Meanwhile, in another clip, the groom's siblings, Isha Ambani and Akash Ambani, could be seen seated beside the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, as the latter graced this auspicious occasion to shower his blessing upon the newlyweds. Isha and Akash were also accompanied by their respective spouses, Anand Piramal and Shloka Mehta Ambani.

Anant and Radhika's outfit for their Shubh Aashirwad ceremony

For the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony, Radhika wore a hand-painted lehenga, made in collaboration with Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, and contemporary Indian artist and sculptor, Jayasri Burman. The lehenga was hand embroidered with real gold Zardozi. She paired it with a blouse hand-embroidered entirely with resham. She opted for real lotus flower and emrald jewellery to accentuate the beauty of her look.

Meanwhile, Anant complemented his now-wife, Radhika, in a maroon-hued bandhgala sherwani adorned with golden work. He paired it with a beige-hued doshala and brown pyjamas. A neatly tied half-man bun added stars to his look for Shubh Aashirwad.
