In the world of glam and glitz, it is not often that we see celebrities repeating their outfits in public. As they are under high-pressure of looking their best, but this doesn't apply to Shah Rukh Khan's wife, and interior designer, Gauri Khan. While the couple never fails to make headlines at their ever outing, it is Gauri, who has a special charm and she has made her own image apart from being just Shah Rukh's wife. It’s been almost three decades since the two tied the knot and their love still continues to blossom with every passing day. We still remember how once Shah Rukh had shared his true love for Gauri and had gone on record to state that he can leave films for his ladylove. And like a doting wife, Gauri stood behind as a guiding force for Shah Rukh. However, she never wanted to be just a star wife, a mother or a homemaker, and hence, she created her own identity and became one of India's top designer.
Recently, Gauri gave us a perfect fashion moment when she decided to repeat her attire. Yes, the diva attended a family function and restyled the gorgeous red Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla saree, she wore at Isha Ambani's wedding in December 2018. She looked beautiful in a traditional red saree with golden embroidery. She teamed it with a contrasting golden blouse and completed her look with a low bun and sindoor. And while we thought her look was a perfect inspiration for the new brides, her best friend, and director, Farah Khan was quick to comment, "You are looking like the bride." Take a look at her picture below:
Coming back to Shah Rukh and Gauri's love story, in a throwback interview, Shah Rukh had opened up about his early marriage days, he had revealed, “I remember the first night when we actually came to Mumbai after about five-seven days. She spent that evening fully dressed; she wore chooda and Indian dress, and came to Film City and was there till 6 where Hema Ji was directing my film.” (Also Read: Kareena Kapoor On Her Television Debut In 'DID', Says She Wants To Go Back Home Before Taimur Sleeps)

He had further added, “One of the actors got late as it happens in the shoot and we wrapped by 8 instead of 6. There were no mobile phones, so I sent her a cab as I didn't own a car and said, 'Please come over and sit here because I am really sorry, this has taken a little bit. We take stardom as we take each other's success and failures with all love and care. It is all acceptable now. In the family group of six, there's the seventh which is kind of bigger than the other six.”
In an interview with DNA, Shah Rukh had got candid about his wife, Gauri, and had shared, “Moving to Mumbai was a radical change for us. Not only for her, for me too. Not for any other reason but because we were uprooted from the city that we were born and brought up in and suddenly put into a new world — that was so different from anything real. I think Gauri and I, both, dealt with it. There were days where I would be explaining to her things that I didn’t understand. There were days when she would stand by me and say, ‘Okay, this is how it’s gonna be. Let’s make the best of it.’” (Don't Miss: Janhvi Kapoor Is Proud Of Dad Boney Kapoor As He Has Lost 12 Kilos In Few Months, Picture Inside)
