Govinda and Krushna Abhishek's public fallout has been all over the news for the past seven years. In fact, things escalated to a level when Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja, vowed never to forgive Krushna and his wife, Kashmera. A lot was said in the media, but it was Govinda's accidental shooting on his knees by his gun that reunited the entire family.
Recently, Govinda, along with Chunky Pandey and Shakti Kapoor, graced Kapil Sharma's show on Netflix. Govinda shared the real reason behind their feud for the first time. Govinda revealed that he was angry with Krushna Abhishek and the dialogues he was using in his act. However, it was Sunita, who defended him and said:
"My wife, Sunita said, 'The whole film industry does this. Don't say anything to Krushna. He is making money and let him do his work. Kisi ke liye aap stoppage nahi kijiye, kisi se wrong mat kijiye."
Govinda further asked Krushna Abhishek that he should apologise to her as she really loved the entire family. Krushna instantly apologised to his mami, and admitted that he also loves her, and there is no hard feelings. Krushna Abhishek said:
"Yes, yes, I love her too. If there’s any such (sour) feeling then I am sorry, I love you very, very much."
During another segment, when Krushna Abhishek was cracking jokes about leg pieces and becoming a millionaire, Govinda interrupted him. He revealed how he was howling when the yesteryear superstar was in the hospital due to the accidental shooting. Govinda said:
"Bahut faltu baatein kar raha hai. A few days back, when I got shot, he (Krushna) was crying. And now he is cracking joke on leg piece. He is so crafty."
In the promo episode, Govinda greeted his nephew with open arms. The mama-bhanja duo danced together and hugged each other. Krushna exclaimed how they met after two years and that he won't be leaving him. Krushna's sister, Arti Singh, who was sitting in the audience, tried her best to control her tears while witnessing the sweet moment.

During one of the segments, when Krushna was performing, he called Kiku Sharda 'gadha'. Govinda hilariously remarked that there was one more donkey amongst them and instantly pointed at his nephew, leaving everyone in splits.
Last year, Govinda appeared on Maniesh Paul's podcast and bared his heart out. During one of the segments, Govinda revealed that it was Krushna's stint on a comedy show that pinched him. He narrated the incident and said that it was Krushna's one-liner that had left him hurt. Govinda shared that it was by chance he was watching TV, and in a comedy show, Krushna was asking someone if they had any filmy dushman.
"I just happened to see that he was talking to some actor asking if they have any filmy dushman. Krushna says, ‘Mujhe zarurat nahi hai, mere ghar me mera mama hai’. I didn’t feel that it was written by a writer. I felt he is assuming and presuming that something wrong is happening in his life due to me."
