Hina Khan is going through the most difficult phase as she is diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. At the mere age of 36, Hina has been fighting this deadly disease. Currently, she is undergoing breast cancer treatment, and her entire family is supporting her in these testing times. However, one person who has been standing with her as a pillar of strength is her beau, Rocky Jaiswal.
On July 23, 2024, Hina took to her Instagram handle and posted a cutesy photo with her longtime beau, Rocky Jaiswal. In the picture that Hina shared on her Instagram stories, the actress is seen clicking a mirror selfie with Rocky. The duo was seen donning similar black-toned t-shirts. Atop it, Hina penned a note for Rocky and called him her strength. She wrote:

On July 14, 2024, Rocky took to his Instagram handle and posted two adorable photos of Hina. The gorgeousness was seen flaunting her short haircut, wearing a quirky blue apron, and holding tools to eat the food. Along with the pictures, Rocky penned a loving note for Hina. He expressed how Hina's smiles make everything brighter.
Further, in the note, Rocky added that nothing else matters when he is with Hina. He also revealed how he prepared her favourite meal for her. Rocky wrote:
"When she smiles the lights are brighter.. when she’s Happy Life makes sense.. When she’s With Me .. I live a lot more .. When I am with her .. Nothing Matters more … Cooked her favourite meal .. it’s a Weekend special for my love."

On June 30, 2024, Hina took to her Instagram handle and posted a note for all the cancer fighters. She titled the note as 'A window to my journey.' Further, she addressed all the courageous women and men fighting the tough battle against a life-threatening disease like her cancer. Hina added that she wanted to inspire people with her cancer battle. Hina also added how she might have been 'scarred but not scared'. She wrote:
"A window to my journey. This is to all those courageous women and men who are fighting this tough battle. I wish my journey can be courageous and motivating enough for people out there to turn a page in their own stories for good. And remember, we may be SCARRED, but we MUST not be SCARED."
