Honey Singh On Split With Shalini Talwar And Tina, Hints At Dating Heera Sohhal, 'Aati Hai, Chali..'

Rapper, Yo Yo Honey Singh was married to Shalini Talwar for 11 years, and they filed for divorce in September 2022. After that, he started dating Tina Thadani, but their short-lived relationship came to an end in early 2023. Tina and Honey unfollowed each other on social media and deleted their photos together. Now, rumours are rife that Honey Singh is dating actress, Heera Sohhal. 

Honey Singh reveals his current relationship status

In an interview with Mashable India for The Bombay Journey Show, Honey Singh opened up about his personal life and past relationships. When the singer was asked about a potential new relationship, he responded nonchalantly. He shared that he is not dating anyone currently, but he has a lot of friends. In his words:

“Aati hain chali jaati hai… girlfriend abhi koi nahi hai meri… Aise hi dost hai bahut saare.”

Then, Honey Singh was specifically asked about his relationship rumours with Heera Sohhal, and he quickly dismissed the rumours. After declining that he is dating Heera, the singer blushed, possibly hinting that there could be something brewing between them. He said:

“Nahi Nahi… Abhi nahi… let’s cook something first then we’ll see.”

Honey Singh also reflected on his last relationship with Tina Thadani and revealed that he had been deeply in love with her. He added that since he has never hidden anything about his personal life, he shared his and Tina's romance openly with the world. However, now he wants to be cautious in the future. In his words:

“Last jo mera relationship tha, we were everywhere. I was madly in love with her. I have never hidden anything about my personal life. So now I want to get into things slowly.”

Honey Singh also spoke about his divorce from Shalini Talwar and revealed that it didn't affect him emotionally. The rapper recalled that everything happened suddenly and shed light on how he started feeling better post-separation. In his words:

“Mere ko nahi affect kiya kuch bhi. Jab mera separation hua, uske baad main theek hona shuru hua hu, uske baad meri dawaai kum hui hai. It was like I was seeing the world for the first time in seven years.”
