Here is a sample food plan for you, so that you know how to divide your meals and your calories. Use this as the base for your “Refresher Week” diet.
1 big bowl of fruit and warm water with ginger and lemon/ green tea with tulsi leaves in it, as it is an anti-stress agent.
Have some nuts to curb your mid-meal and untimely hunger pangs: a handful of walnuts and almonds are always a good option.
Pick up a salad of raw vegetables with dressing of lemon, pepper and salt; and a lightly-spiced vegetable cooked with crushed garlic. With this, go for either 1 katori brown rice or a chapatti of bajra/jowar/ragi. And, end this with a glass of buttermilk.

A fruit + 15 pistachios (these can be lightly spiced and salty) + green tea.
