Saif Ali Khan was left injured in the wee hours of last night when an intruder barged into their home in Bandra, Mumbai. According to several reports, the incident took place at around 2:30 in the night. The buzz is rife that the robber was trying to get inside Saif Ali Khan's children, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan's room. To stop him, the actor put up a brave fight, but the intruder was carrying a knife, and he stabbed the star. Later, it was Ibrahim Ali Khan, who rushed him to the hospital.
When the incident happened, Kareena Kapoor Khan immediately called her step-son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, who rushed to their home. The 23-year-old ran to help his father and his family, but before that, he had to find an auto-rickshaw. This might surprise many as the Khans have a luxurious car collection, and Kareena was also present at the house.
Well, the answer is no one was there to drive the car. All the drivers had gone home, and Kareena didn't know how to drive. So, it was the safest and fastest means of transportation instead of waiting for an ambulance. According to the Mumbai police, Ibrahim, along with a member of Saif's staff, brought the actor to the Lilavati Hospital around 3:30 am.
Saif sustained six wounds and two deep ones. He underwent multiple surgeries in the hospital. While he is currently out of danger, he is under doctor's observation inside the ICU.
For those who don't know, on January 16, 2025, an intruder entered Saif and Kareena's home at around 2:30 am. To keep his family safe, Saif fought with the intruder, and in order, he got hurt, and his domestic help also suffered an injury. Police are investigating the matter. Apart from Saif and Kareena, their kids, Taimur and Jeh, were also inside the house when the incident happened.

After the news came out in public, everyone wondered what happened to the Khan family. Saif and Kareena's countless fans prayed for the betterment of the former. By afternoon, Saif's team issued a public statement, revealing that the actor was out of danger and is currently recovering. The statement can be read as:
"Saif Ali Khan has come out of surgery and is out of danger. He is currently in recovery, and the doctors are monitoring his progress. All family members are safe, and the police are investigating the incident."
