Imran Khan is one of the actors in the industry, who rose to fame with his first film, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. It not only depicted a beautiful storyline, but Imran etched a special place in millions of hearts with his stellar performance. However, soon after carving a niche in the film industry, he shelved his acting career and made his family his priority. But Imran's personal life too, hit a rough phase when he parted ways with his wife, Avantika Malik. And it was just a while back when Imran's fans demanded him to make a comeback on the silver screens and debut on social media. Now, Imran revealed his mental health struggles and also shared what is healing him.
Taking to his IG handle on September 5, 2023, Imran Khan shared a picture of himself, wherein he can be seen donning a black sweater with matching pants and a white shirt underneath. However, in the picture, he was seen pouring water on his head while keeping his eyes closed with full force. Along with the picture, he penned a long note mentioning how he has been dealing with his mental health for a long period of time. He also shared that social media plays a critical role in pouring negativity into everyone's life, and he too, faced all of this.

However, on the same note, Imran mentioned that now, even though those ugly words online tend to have sharp edges, they aren't able to wound him anymore. Mentioning that now he has ample love in his life, helping him heal and come out from his darkness. An excerpt from Imran's note can be read as:
"We all have scars, old wounds that still ache. But love heals."
On August 10, 2023, Imran took to his Instagram handle and posted a screenshot of his message on Thread. In the screenshot, Imran confirmed making a comeback and revealed that he is working on it. His The message on the social media app could be read as "To whom it may concern, I hear you, and I'm working on it. Thank you for being so patient with me." Soon, fans rushed to ask him for his film, Luck 2. To this, he wrote:

On August 1, 2023, legendary actress, Zeenat Aman shared a video of her advertisement. To this, a user immediately commented on one of Imran's posts and asked him, since everyone was making a comeback, when he would also be seen onscreen. The netizen wrote, "Zeenat ji ne bhi comeback karlia, patani mera @imrankhan kab karega." And to everyone's surprise, the actor too, replied to the comment and promised a comeback if his reply got 1 million likes. Imran's comment could be read as:
"Chalo Aditi, let's leave this to the internet...1M likes, and I'll make it happen."
