Reem Sameer Shaikh is one of the popular faces in the Indian television industry. She started her career at the mere age of six and now rules the hearts of millions of her fans. Reem made a name for herself in showbiz with popular serials such as Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Tujhse Hai Raabta, and more. Off lately, the actress has her hands full with promotional activities for her upcoming courtroom drama, Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, alongside Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi.
During one such interaction, the trio, Jennifer, Karan, and Reem divulged details about their upcoming legal drama, Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, and also played a fun segment. In an interaction with Bollywood Bubble, the three actors took part in the ‘Who’s Most Likely To’ game, and revealed some unheard anecdotes of their lives. The host questioned Jennifer and Reem if they ever have to defend an actor in a court of law, who would they be defending. To this, the latter took the name of Pakistani actor, Wahaj Ali.

Reem Shaikh adorably elaborated on why she would be defending the Pakistani heartthrob. She said the case could revolve around the lines that either she would go to Pakistan to meet Wahaj, or the Pakistani actor coming to India to meet Reem. She further said that she just wishes to meet Wahaj once in her lifetime as she loves the actor. Reem said:
“For me, it would be Wahaj Ali, and the case would involve maybe me going to Pakistan or him coming from Pakistan to meet me because I love him so much. I just wish to meet him once, I love him.”

While a segment of netizens can totally relate to Reem’s love for Wahaj Ali, others are spellbound by the Pakistani actor’s immense popularity. One user wrote, “She is representing all Indian fans' wish.” Another one said, “I am loving how actors across the border adoring and praising our stars.” A third comment can be read as “Reem saying feeling of all Indian fans.”

His charming looks and versatile acting stints have propelled him to immense popularity. The 34-year-old actor has starred in several Pakistani dramas, including Ishq Jalebi, Mein, 22 Qadam, Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha, Dil Na Ummed To Nahi, and more. However, his role as ‘Murtasim’ in the 2022-23 drama, Tere Bin, cemented his name as one of the prominent stars in Pakistani showbiz.
