Popular influencer, Insha Ghaii's world came down crumbling when she suddenly lost her husband, Ankit Kalra, on August 19, 2024. The unexpected news, which the influencer shared the next day, shocked the couple's fanbase. After a few days, Insha revealed that her husband suffered a sudden cardiac arrest while sleeping.
Soon after Insha's post, her friends and fans came out in support of her and asked her to stay strong during this tough time. Meanwhile, the influencer reposted a previous reel on her Instagram stories. The video featured a glimpse of their engagement ceremony. At the beginning of the video, Insha was seen entering the venue in a glam avatar, and Ankit was fully mesmerised by her look for the day.

Further, in the clip, Ankit was seen kneeling down on one knee while Insha gave him a tight hug. Then, the duo exchanged rings in the presence of their family and friends, and the heartwarming moment was celebrated by a big round of applause from the people standing beside them. Insha shared this video without any caption but with a sticker with lots of red hearts.
Insha, who is grieving such an immense loss in her life, took to her Instagram account on August 29, 2024, to share a quote post. The influencer's post featured a conversation between 'life' and 'death', where the latter asked why people love 'life' and hate 'death'. Life replied, "Because I'm the beautiful lie, and you're the painful truth."
Just a week ago, Insha shared a selfie with her late husband, Ankit, on her Instagram account, where the couple was seen twinning in white outfits. Sharing the picture, the influencer penned a long note, where she mentioned how it was so unfair that Ankit left her so soon. She added that she would never get over such a significant loss in her life and said:

"Ankit, you left me to be with God, and it’s so unfair. Our 1.5 years together were far too short. That morning, I had no idea it would be our last. I’m still in denial, praying that this is all just a terrible dream and i’ll wake up on your side. Your heart gave up, and with it, my life has come to a stop. We had so many plans, and now I’m lost without you. This can’t be true. You left me behind, and it’s a loss I’ll never overcome! Heaven is so so lucky to have you."
Insha, who has been going through a daunting phase in her life, earlier slammed those who spread fake news about her husband's sudden and unexpected demise. After Ankit Kalra's death, several people flooded Insha's IG account, asking the reason behind her husband's shocking demise. Despite grieving, she couldn't sit back and watch people make assumptions. Hence, she clarified the cause of death as cardiac arrest. Reposting an Instagram story that one of her friends had put up from a prayer meeting organised for Ankit, Insha penned:
"To all those making fake assumptions. He was a healthy person and had no medical history. It was unexpected and sudden cardiac arrest while sleeping. So, please, if you cannot support the family in their tough times, please don’t overshare fake news. May his soul rest in peace."
