Having someone with whom you could share all your emotions and secrets is one of the best feelings of this world. Having someone’s hand to hold onto and someone’s shoulder to cry upon is what a perfect relationship is all about. Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter had become the dhadak of the nation when they were paired opposite each other in Karan Johar’s movie, Dhadak. The duo has not only shared amazing on-screen chemistry but their off-screen bond is also much-talked-about. Since their first film, speculations about the two being madly-in-love with each other has been doing rounds. During the shoot of her debut film, Dhadak, Janhvi had to undergo one of the most traumatic periods of her life when she had lost her mother, Sridevi. Janhvi, who had resumed the shooting after the incident always had Ishaan who had helped her to overcome the loss. Ishaan and Janhvi never miss an opportunity to pull each other’s leg with their cute social media banter and their little nok jhok is loved by their fans.
Ishaan made his debut on Neha Dhupia’s chat show, No Filter Neha and spoke about his relationship with his rumoured girlfriend, Janhvi Kapoor. He confessed of doing something really crazy for Janhvi on her request. Talking about the same, he stated, “I stole a pillow for Janhvi Kapoor in Oman as she couldn’t do it.” Ishaan talked about the bond he shares with Janhvi and also took her name as a better actor than Sara Ali Khan. When asked whether he would choose a promising future for himself or Janhvi, the Beyond The Clouds actor gave one of the cutest replies. He said, “I wish a more promising future for her and she can choose a more promising future for me.” Awww… isn’t it adorable?
Ishaan Khatter shares an amazing bond with his brother, Shahid Kapoor and has always praised him for supporting him in every decision. Speculations about Ishaan dating Janhvi Kapoor have been doing the rounds for quite a while and it was Ishaan’s brother, Shahid who had given the best advice to them. Shahid had appeared on Neha Dhupia’s chat show, No Filter Neha season 4 and was asked for an advice that he would give to Ishaan and Janhvi. When Ishaan Khatter had appeared on the second season of Anaita Shroff Adjania’s chat show, Feet Up With The Stars, the host of the show, Anaita had asked Ishaan about one of the most annoying habits of Janhvi. To this, Ishaan had shared that Janhvi is a mastikhor and knows which buttons to press. He had further added that it's irritating because sometimes Janhvi goes on a tangent when it's not required and will stay on it.

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Janhvi had talked about Ishaan and had said, “Till now, he is the only person I have worked with, and it was easy to team up with him because I think we get along really well. Also, as an actor, I am in awe of him and the way he approaches his scenes. Plus, he has great energy (as an actor), and it is probably because he is new too. But what helped me a lot was the fact that he is (a) more experienced (actor) than me.”
In an interview with the Filmfare magazine, Ishaan had revealed about his equation with Janhvi and whether he has found a true friend in her. Talking about the same, he had stated, “Yes 100 per cent and it’s going to be a lifelong friendship. It felt like being on set with your best friend. Touchwood! There was lovely energy on the set during the making of the film. We’ve just been honest and straight up with each other. We’ve been passionate about our work.
