Shenaz Treasury made her entry into the world of acting with the 2001 Telugu film, Eduruleni Manishi. Following this, she made her Bollywood debut with the film, Ishq Vishk in 2003, co-starring Shahid Kapoor, Amrita Rao and Vishal Malhotra. Following this, she also appeared in a number of movies and TV shows, including Aagey Se Right, Radio, Luv Ka The End, Delhi Belly, and One Life to Live, among others. However, she soon switched her career to become a travel blogger and now has a huge fanbase on her social media platforms.
Now, as the sequel of her Bollywood debut film, Ishq Vishk Rebound, will soon hit the theatres, Shenaz Treasury sat for a candid conversation with News18 Showsha. Recalling her days from the shooting of the 2003 film, the travel enthusiast called the experiences as bittersweet. The actress-turned-content creator talked about the unexpected success of the original film and mentioned:
"I can’t believe that I did Ishq Vishk. It just happened. It became a big hit and achieved a cult status. Now everywhere I go and whoever I meet, they all talk to me about Ishq Vishk. They tell me that they’ve watched it 50-55 times whereas I’ve just watched it twice (laughs)."

"With Amrita, I don’t really have any fond memory. But I do have some funny ones. I guess we didn’t really hit it off (laughs)."
However, Shenaz then went on to explain how Shahid used to encourage her so that she would take her film career more seriously. But it is noteworthy that after a few years of being part of the acting industry, she returned to her VJing career and joined MTV to achieve financial stability in her life. Talking about Shahid's advice for her, she acknowledged:
"He told me that I should put in more work and keep going. He was right because all of that eventually paid off for me."
