Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan's Son, Taimur has been in the limelight since infancy. The media follow him, and his little cute antics often become a subject of discussion on social media. Raising the kids in the public eye was challenging for Kareena and Saif. But Jaideep shared how Saif and Kareena are particular about teaching Taimur proper manners, such as not wasting food. He was quoted saying:
“Kareena and Saif are always like pick up your things, why did you leave the book, pick it up and put it there. The little habits that you inculcate in the child, like not wasting food, all those things.”
Kareena Kapoor and Jaideep Ahlawat shared the screen space in filmmaker, Sujoy Ghosh's Jaane Jaan. At the trailer launch of that film, the Crew actress shared how she used to come well-prepared before working with actors like Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Verma on the project. Even her husband and actor, Saif Ali Khan, warned her that she needs to be well-prepared before going to the film set with such great actors. In an interaction with Rajeev Masand, she said that despite being a confident actor with a 24-year-long career, she froze looking at a shot that Jaideep did during the film. To which Jaideep reacted by saying:
"'Pyaar se taang kheenchti rehti hai. She always comes with excellent preparation. Kabhi aap unko script haath mein ke saath nahi dekhoge. Aisa nahi hai ke woh last moment yaad kar rahi hai. She is amazingly prepared for everything. Ek badappan hai ke pyaar mein woh taareef kar deti hai.”
