Popular actress, Janhvi Kapoor is the eldest daughter of late iconic actress, Sridevi and famous film producer, Boney Kapoor. The gorgeous and talented actress followed in her family's footsteps and entered the film business a few years back with the film, Dhadak. Within a short span, Janhvi has already created a mark for herself in the industry. At the moment, she is undoubtedly one of the most famous star kids, who enjoy a massive fanbase across the nation.
However, apart from her impressive performances in her acting career, she is also quite famous for her sartorial picks and sultry looks. Since the demise of her mother, Sridevi, back in 2018, Janhvi is the one, who has taken care of her father, Boney Kapoor and her sister, Khushi Kapoor.

In a heart-to-heart conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube channel, Beer Biceps, popular actress, Janhvi Kapoor talked about her mother and iconic actress, late Sridevi. The doting daughter opened up about the similarities she has with her mother and all the things she gained from her. Reflecting on the same, Janhvi explained how from walking to the voice that she makes while having food is exactly like her mother's. Sharing more on to her similarities with her mommy, Janhvi said:
"The way that I walk across the corridor in the morning, apparently I walk like her. Apparently when I eat food and the sounds I make are exactly like her. Apparently, my voice is very similar to hers. Apparently, I cry like her, I am needy like her, I think. I'm a little switch on and switch off in front of the camera like her. I think I'm sensitive like her."
Going further in the conversation, Janhvi Kapoor also shared how people called her 'arrogant' and trolled her for drawing comparisons with her own mother, Sridevi. She also added how she has become quite hesitant in talking about her similarities with her mother because of the constant hate she has been receiving from people for no reason. Also, Janhvi asked an important question from the people, who trolls her for no reason. She said:
"This question always makes me wonder. I think if she was around, I would have been able to answer it a lot more freely. But, now that she is not, I keep thinking people might think it's arrogant of me to draw parallels between me and my mom. It's my mom, right? But people will never perceive it like that because to them, she is Sridevi Kapoor but to me, she is my mom."

During the promotions of her recently-released film, Good Luck Jerry, in a conversation with Prabhat Khabar, the actress was asked to name one ritual that she follows before the release of her every film. Answering this, Janhvi revealed she visits the famous Hindu temple, Tirupati, in Andhra Pradesh before the start of a new film. She also added that it's the script of the film that she takes with her to the temple. Recalling how her mother, Sridevi would use to go there on her birthdays, the doting daughter had said:
"I take the script of each of my film to Tirupati. When she worked, mom used to visit the temple on her birthday every year. But, that stopped after her marriage. An inner voice told me to visit the temple on her birthday and I started going there on her birthdays. Now, the new year has also been added to that list."
On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor will be next seen in the film, Jana Gana Mana.
