In a recent interview with News18, Janhvi Kapoor opened up on an interesting point in her life, when she felt like stepping down from acting. Recollecting all about that moment, Janhvi revealed that it was actually when she wasn’t able to visit her sister, Khushi Kapoor on the sets of her debut film, The Archies. The diva emphasised how that moment was very special for her, but due to her own work schedules, she missed out on it. Hilariously referring to herself as a ‘momager’, Janhvi mentioned:
“It was the first time when I felt like I should just give up acting and maybe, I should just become like one of those on-set moms, who say, baby ke liye juice laao, like a proper momager. What’s the point of any of it if I’m not able to be there for my family? But I’m doing it for. Hopefully, it will all be worth it.”

The diva revealed now the trio mostly discuss about figuring out each other’s dates, so that they can chalk out a concrete plan for some family time. In her words:
“Yeah, but the discussion mostly is now about dates in terms of oh, where am I on this day? Okay, so, you are there. Maybe we will get two days in between to spend time together. It’s mostly about dates and schedules.”
In the concluding segment of her interview, Janhvi was asked if her debutant sister, Khushi Kapoor has watched her films and given her some honest opinions on her performance. To this, the actress mentioned that her sister is a very straightforward personality, who either likes something or blatantly expresses her disinterest for the same. Elaborating more, Janhvi said:
“She watches my films and either says very good or goes like meh. She doesn’t indulge in what could’ve happened. She just tells me to go to sleep and not fish for compliments too much. The most she will say is that it could have been better and so, I should work harder the next. She’s very to the point.”
