Janhvi Kapoor is one of the much-loved star kids in Bollywood. The diva never skips a chance to mesmerise her fans with her jaw-dropping acting talents, divine beauty, fashion picks, charming personality, and more. For the unversed, Janhvi made her acting debut in the year 2018, with the movie, Dhadak. Moreover, her whole world turned upside down as her mom and the legendary actress, Sridevi passed away the same year. However, Janhvi often talks about her late mom and shares fond memories with her, and yet the same happened again as the diva graced the 69th Hyundai Filmfare Awards press conference.
For the event, Janhvi Kapoor turned into a boss lady as she slipped into a white-hued shirt and teamed it with black-hued flared pants. With highlighted makeup, including bare eyes, nude lipstick and blushed cheeks, and open hair, she finalised her look. A pair of dangling earrings and a stack of rings added an extra charm to her overall boss-lady look. Moreover, during the press conference, Janhvi walked down memory lane and recalled a fond memory of Sridevi. Janhvi shared that her mom, despite being calm and composed in nature, used to show a lot of enthusiasm when it came to the prestigious Filmfare Awards.

Not only this, Janhvi also revealed how it was like a family outing when it came to the Filmfare Awards. Janhvi also added how Sridevi was extremely excited to make her watch all the performances. Talking more about her sweet memories, Janhvi Kapoor recalled the first-ever Filmfare Awards that she attended with her late mom, Sridevi. The actress revealed that she opted for a black dress for her mom, who wore the same outfit on that day. Janhvi said:
"I’d pick out her dress. I still remember the first Filmfare Awards show I went for; I had picked out this black gown that she had worn. Toh main haath pakad kar pohoch jaati thi unke saath."

Earlier, during the AajTak Agenda event, Janhvi Kapoor revealed some unheard anecdotes about her mom and the late actress, Sridevi. The Dhadak actress stated that her mom never liked to watch her own films, and the former had to hide to watch her mom's films. Talking more about the same, Janhvi mentioned that after watching Sadmaa, she got furious as in the movie, her mom's character couldn't remember Kamal Haasan's character, and she didn't even talk to the legendary actress.

At the same event, Janhvi Kapoor got emotional and revealed that she now regrets detaching herself from her mom while giving much priority to people's 'unnecessary opinions and judgments'. The actress shared that at the beginning of her career, she never wanted to be tagged with comments like 'unfair advantage', and because of it, she tried to do something completely different from her mother, who was dying to help her daughter by guiding her. Janhvi shared that she would have asked her mother for her guidance rather than detaching herself and stopping the late actress from helping her.
