The couple welcomed three kids in the following years and were leading a happy married life. However, after some time, Jay Chaudhry decided to open his own company, SecureIT, but he needed more funds to establish it.

It was when his wife, Jyoti Chaudhry quit her job and gave all her life savings to her husband, Jay Chaudhry, telling him that she would join him in his company. It was a life-changing moment for Jay, who needed someone to help him with funds and believe in him. Within the first 18 months of their launch, they deployed their firewall in almost 50 per cent of the Fortune 500. After making enough profit, they sold SecureIT to tech-giant, VeriSign in a groundbreaking all-stock deal valued at nearly 70 million USD.

After cracking the 70 million USD deal with VeriSign, Jay Chaudhry and Jyoti Chaudhry became millionaires and continued thriving in the following years. The businessman went on to establish and sell two more companies, CipherTrust and CoreHarbor and AirDefense, making huge profits. In 2007, Jay founded Zscaler and the rest is history.
