Amitabh Bachchan's wife, Jaya Bachchan, is an actress turned politician who often hits the headlines for her angry behaviour towards people. The veteran actress was last seen in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, wherein she portrayed Ranveer Singh, aka 'Rocky's grandmother. Time and again, Jaya's co-stars have praised her for her welcoming nature on the sets, which is quite unusual of her.
Recently, while scrolling through Reddit, we stumbled upon an old video of Jaya Bachchan and Ranveer Singh, which looked like a BTS moment from their film. The video showed the veteran actress in a never-seen-before avatar as she was candidly being goofy while Ranveer captured the hilarious Boomerang. Initially, Jaya looked serious, but later she displayed quirky expressions.

Jaya Bachchan's goofy side left everyone shocked, and netizens were quick to react to the viral video. Jaya, who is well known for her tiff with the paps and cold behaviour, impressed her fans with her playful expressions. A user penned, "So it takes Ranveer Singh level of Energy to break the Jaya Bacchan's Frustration Threshold value and bring her to her Funny zone." Another commented, "I guess it’s reserved for sons and grandsons like Rahul and Rocky."

In an interview with Times Now, Jaya Bachchan was asked if she doesn't like to be over-friendly with people. Responding to this, the veteran actress shared that she loves to show her affection and a little hug can easily win her over. However, Jaya added that she goes cold with a person whom she doesn't like. In her words:
"I love outward demonstrations of affection. A sincere hug can win me over for a lifetime. But I can't be that way with everyone. I can get very cold with people I don't like."

In the finale episode of the podcast, What The Hell Navya 2, Navya Naveli Nanda, Shweta Bachchan, and Jaya Bachchan opened up about the concept of putting romance in the middle of friendship. Speaking along the same lines, Jaya revealed certain anecdotes from her personal life and shared how her husband, Amitabh Bachchan has always been one of her closest friends. The veteran actress also added that she never hid anything from him as he is her best friend.
