John Abraham is one of the much-loved actors in Bollywood. He will be seen in the movie, Vedaa. In the trailer launch event of the same, the actor sparked a ray of controversy, when he lashed out at a journalist for questioning him about his choice of movies. And now, John reacted to the same and revealed what actually happened back there, which angered him.
In an interview with Ranveer Allahbadia, John Abraham talked about the recent incident that happened during the trailer launch event of Vedaa. Speaking about the same, the actor revealed that from his point of view, the person who questioned him about his choice of movies was intentionally set there to provoke him. John said that he lost it while that person won as he actually got angry with the question. The actor shared that he lost his cool within one minute and then instantly brought back his focus to him. John said:

"I know that one person was planted there to rile me up, to antagonise me, to make me angry. And I want to say that they won and I lost because I got angry."

In the same interview, John Abraham revealed that whatever had happened brought him some flashbacks. He said that he doesn't like the trailer launch events as even 20 years ago, such things used to happen when a fixed person used to ask absurd things instead of the right questions. John can be quoted as saying:
"I don’t like trailer launches because you time travel 20 years back, the same journalists, the same absurd questions, no one is asking the right questions, and entertainment journalism in India, according to me, is finished.”
In the interview, John Abraham revealed that he has faced a lot of criticism in Bollywood over the years. He also recalled that one time, when a magazine cover with the tag 'John is over' surfaced. The actor said that he never questioned the moves that were taken against him, and still, one of the editors mentioned that he/she would not want to see John successful.

Going further in the interview, John Abraham revealed that he is not on social media and not even on WhatsApp, as he wants to live a happy life. John stated how, back then, the criticism was like today's trolls that come along in the way. John added:
"There are people who may not have any reason, honestly Ranveer, maybe they had many problems at home, life issues, the toxicity within them, just like today’s trolling, you see that.”

During the trailer launch event of his upcoming movie, John was asked by a journalist about why he acts in the movies that are all kind of similar to one another. To this, John got angry and asked the journalist if he had watched Vedaa yet, and then tagged him as an 'idiot'. Later, when John was posing for the paps, he warned them and asked them not to record everything and create no controversies around him. Well, such incidents have grabbed all the attention lately.
