Aryan Khan’s arrest in 2021 for his alleged involvement in a drug case shocked the entire nation. SRK’s fans were disappointed and stayed outside his home, Mannat, for days showing their support for the superstar. It was only after 26 days that the family took a sigh of relief when the Bombay High Court granted Aryan bail.
It was Shah Rukh Khan’s best friend, business partner and actress, Juhi Chawla, who played the key role in Aryan’s release. She took Aryan’s guarantee and stood like a pillar of strength for the Khan family. In an interview with News 18, Juhi talked about the same and revealed why she helped SRK with his son’s bail. Calling it the right thing, Juhi stated:
“We didn’t know it was coming. But when it all came down to that moment when I could help, I thought it was the right thing for me to do – to be there for him.”

It was on October 3, 2021, when the Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Aryan Khan. The NCB had raided a party on a Goa-bound cruise ship, and it was alleged that Aryan was booked for the consumption of drugs. Aryan's bail was rejected multiple times. However, after 26 days, on October 28, 2021, Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court due to lack of evidence, and the celeb kid walked out of the Arthur Road jail.
It was Juhi Chawla, who had stood beside him during the testing times. On October 29, 2021, she appeared at the court to sign the bail bond for Aryan Khan. A report by NDTV stated that the bail surety amount was Rs. 1 lakh. By signing the bail bond, Juhi had taken Aryan's responsibility as she had known him since his childhood, and if she failed to pay the surety amount, she would be held accountable for the same. However, Juhi did not have any hesitation in supporting her friend at his worst time.
