BTS’ ‘Golden Maknae’, Jungkook is celebrating his 26th birthday this year. There is no doubt that he is one of the most renowned singers in the world at present, and his soulful voice, coupled with his boyish charms, makes him one of the most desirable men in the world. Jungkook has enthralled his fans with his exquisite music and dance moves and enjoys a fan following of millions. His latest song, Seven, took the music industry by storm and is currently ruling the Billboard charts for six weeks straight.
Jungkook also lent his voice to one of the official songs for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. His song, Dreamers, was an instant hit among the audience and reigned on all music as well as social media charts. Jungkook is one of the seven members of the popular K-pop boy band, BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan or Bangtan Boys). Jeon Jung Kook, aka Jungkook, was born on September 1, 1997, in Busan, South Korea. Initially, he aspired to be a badminton player, but after watching South Korean rapper, G-Dragon's performance of Heartbreaker on TV in 2009, he was motivated to pursue a career in singing. In 2011, Jungkook auditioned for the reality show, Superstar K, but unfortunately could not make it to the cast. However, he received various offers from entertainment companies and eventually became a trainee with Big Hit Entertainment. Jungkook also starred in Jo Kwon's I'm Da One music video in 2012 as a background dancer.
Who would have thought that the once-a-background dancer would become such a massive name in the entertainment industry? In 2013, Jungkook, along with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin and V, debuted in the music industry as a K-pop group, BTS. And there has been no turning back since then. Jungkook is a globally renowned artist who has impressed billions and established a legacy many can only dream of. As per several reports, Jungkook purchased the enormous mansion in 2020 for a whopping USD 6 million, approximately INR 50 crores. After almost two years, Jungkook's house is finally taking shape from the ground up. Once completed, he will have some of South Korea's most influential people as his neighbours.
The artist, Jungkook is captivated by luxurious autos and was the owner of a Mercedes Benz GT63S, which is valued at roughly USD 2 million. The singer posted about his luxurious automobile in several social media posts, which have now been deleted. The G-Class edition SUV is one of the costliest Mercedes cars, with attractive styling, notoriously powerful engines, and much more.
Jungkook is known for his impeccable fashion sense both on and off stage. He wears eye-catching clothes and unique accessories, which happen to be quite heavy on the pocket. During the FIFA opening show in 2022, Jungkook wore some classic pieces from the luxury brands, Versace and Bottega Veneta. He sported the Versace 2022 F/W collection Barocco silhouette bomber jacket, which cost USD 14,775. He paired it with the Versace 2023 S/S Runway inside jacket and Medusa biggie cargo pants, which retail for around USD 1,424. His stylish lug boots come with a price tag of around USD 1,650.
During a VLIVE session, Jungkook wore Nike Dunk Low Halloween trainers, which cost USD 110. However, his endorsement raised their price to USD 200-500. The singer has previously worn several high-end designer garments, including a Louis Vuitton hoodie for USD 25,900, a Gucci Eco-Cashmere coat for USD 5,500, and a Saint Laurent Teddy embroidered bomber jacket for USD 3,290.

Jungkook seems biased towards Rolex watches as most of his collection consists of timepieces from the luxury brand. He has flaunted stylish watches from the brand on many occasions. One of his watches is from the Rolex Day-Date Series, which comes with a unique President Bracelet and retails at USD 36,600. Additionally, he also owns a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona that is valued at around USD 35,000.
Last month, Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, surprised his Indian fans by expressing his fondness for chicken makhani and naan during his live session on Weverse. He frequently interacts with his followers, keeping them engaged and entertained. The BTS ARMY was taken aback by his unexpected declaration of love for the popular Indian dish. He said:
"Someone asked if I'd ever tried Indian food. Makhani with chicken. Have you heard of naan? You eat it after dipping it in the curry. That's fantastic. It's served with curry. I really want to eat it. It'd be delectable. I'm starving. I'm hungry. Please don't bring up the subject of eating. I implore you."
This was not the first time when Jungkook praised India for something. Previously, he was in all praise for the Oscar-winning song, Naatu Naatu. He even played the song and grooved to the music.
