Kalki 2898 AD is a futuristic thriller that has dominated the box office since its release on June 27, 2024. The film has an impressive star cast in pivotal roles featuring South superstar, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Bollywood biggies, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan. The movie impressed all cinema fanatics so much that it grossed over Rs 191.5 crore on its opening day. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film kept the identity of 'Lord Krishna' hidden and did not even reveal the actor's face. But now, we have got all the details on the actor and also on the voice artist.
One of the central characters in the movie, Kalki 2898 AD, was 'Lord Krishna'. He set the mood for the film at the very beginning, and his powerful voice and screen presence were pure delight to watch. However, viewers never saw the face of the character, and on investigating, we found out that the role was played by Krishna Kumar.

Krishna Kumar, a Telugu actor known for his remarkable performances in films like Aakaasam Nee Haddhu Ra, Soorarai Pottru and more. He has confirmed his role in Kalki 2898 AD. The actor took to his Instagram stories to share his excitement, writing, “#kalki2898ad An absolute honour to be able to open an epic film, playing such a special character. Grateful.” His confirmation has reassured fans about the authenticity of the news.
The voice of 'Lord Krishna' in the film was given by by Arjun Das. His deep, strong, and impactful voice of Arjun is not just gaining much praise from the viewers, but also leaving them deeply impressed. Arjun primarily works in the Tamil cinema industry and has acted in the acclaimed film, Kathi.
