Neha Dhupia's chat show, Not Filter with Neha, is a place where many secret beans are spilt. A while ago, the Dharma lad, Vicky Kaushal almost confirmed that he is dating Harleen Sethi, and dedicated a rap love song to her. In the latest episode, Bollywood biggie, Karan Johar appeared on the show and he also dedicated a song to two of his most favourite stars of Bollywood. Karan Johar dedicated a few lines from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil song to alleged lovebirds, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The specific lines, which the director also went on to sing, were- Tu safar mera, Hai tu hi meri manzil, Tere bina guzara, Ae dil hai mushkil. Tu mera khuda, Tu hi duaa mein shaamil, Tere bina guzara, Ae dil hai mushkil. The lyrics of this song speak of unrequited love, and if it has been dedicated to Alia and Ranbir, we are definitely left wondering as to what possibly could KJo mean!
Alia and Ranbir have allegedly been dating ever since Ayan Mukerji's film, Brahmastra went down on the floors. Speculations and conjectures have been rife to the point that reports of the duo getting married next year, in 2019, have surfaced in the headlines. Recently, Alia went live on Instagram and a fan asked her comment on her marriage plans. To this, the Raazi actress replied, "When will I marry? Why is everyone asking me when I am getting married? The same question is coming all over. So you know, I am only 25 years old. I think it’s too soon to get married right now."
A media portal had recently claimed that Alia and Ranbir will get married post-Rishi Kapoor's recovery, who is undergoing treatment in the US. The report had suggested, "She has been welcomed into the family by everyone. So it’s not just Ranbir who loves Alia. His parents, sister and the rest of the sprawling Kapoor family adore her too. Marriage is on Ranbir’s mind for sure and he will get into it happily this time. The couple will wait until Rishi Kapoor’s recovery before discussing a date for marriage." Alia's father, Mahesh Bhatt was recently asked by a leading daily to comment on the relationship between her and Ranbir. He replied, "Well, of course they're in love. You don't need to be a genius to get that! I love Ranbir he's a great guy." On their marriage, Mahesh Bhatt further added, "What they do to their relationship is something they'll have to figure out. Whether it's heading towards that port called 'marriage' which is an institution that needs to be questioned in the second decade of the 21st century is something for them to figure out. I'm no one to hazard a guess when that would happen or which way the relationship is going. It's life and life needs to be lived on its own terms. Let's wait and see what tomorrow brings for us."

Mahesh ji also commented on his would-be-son-in-law's performance in Sanju and said, "I loved Ranbir (Kapoor) but that’s not the Sanjay Dutt that I know. Ranbir brought his own emotional chord to it but I don’t think Rajkumar (Hirani) was claiming to the world that he’s making an exact replica. People who are very close to Sanjay cannot connect with that portrayal in the movie. But India seems to have loved it."
In an interview with Anupama Chopra, the Sanju star defined love and stated, “Falling in love is the greatest thing in the world. When you fall in love, everything is great. Water tastes like sherbet and you seem like you are Uma Thurman. You feel great. Who doesn’t wanna be in love?”
When Alia was asked in an interview about her marriage and career, she responded, "I would never fear getting married thinking my career might end. I will settle down if I want to. One should be able to have a career, regardless of being married or not." (You May Like: Sunil Grover Skipped Kapil Sharma's Star-Studded Reception Despite The Invitation, Here's Why)
