Karan Veer Mehra is all set to participate in Rohit Shetty's stunt-based reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. For the same, he has also reportedly quit alcohol to show his daredevil side on show. Amidst all this, his personal life has been hitting the headlines quite often. For the unversed, after getting divorced from his first wife in 2018, Karan got married to TV actress, Nidhi Seth in January 2021. They had tied the knot with each other in an intimate wedding at a Gurudwara after dating for a few years. However, due to irreconcilable issues, they got separated and were finally granted divorce in 2023.
For the longest amount of time, there were speculations about Karan Veer Mehra and Nidhi Seth that they were living separately for many months. However, when Nidhi deleted all their pictures from her social media handles, the gossipmongers became sure that something was off between them. And it was only recently that Nidhi called their marriage a big mistake. Now, in an interview with Telly Talk India, Karan was asked about his reaction to his ex-wife, Nidhi's remark on their marriage. After listening to this question, without getting angry, he mentioned being happy because, according to him, Nidhi has accepted her mistake. He said:
"It's okay, at least kisi biwi ne apni galati toh mani. Woh hi bahut hai bass."

In the same conversation, Karan was also asked about the new person in his ex-wife, Nidhi's life. For the unversed, a few days ago, Nidhi shared a picture of her with his new boyfriend. Now, answering the same question, Karan mentioned that he is happy that his ex-wife could find love again in her life. He added that if she is happy, he too is happy for her. In Karan's words:
"I'm sure woh khush hai, toh main bhi unke liye bahut khush hokn."
In an interaction with ETimes, Nidhi Seth opened up about the reason behind her divorce from her ex-husband, Karan Veer Mehra. The actress mentioned that her past was the biggest mistake of her life. Moreover, she added how as soon as she realised it, she decided to end it and walk away. Nidhi remarked that mutual respect, financial security, and mental calm are the bare minimum necessities for any relationship. In Nidhi's words:
“That was the biggest mistake of my life. Once I realized that things weren't working out, I decided to move. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough awareness in this world about certain personality traits and behaviour which can ruin relationships. We had separated a year ago. I believe that daily fights are intolerable in a relationship. And in such a situation, we can never live together. Mental peace, respect for each other, honesty and being financially capable are essential in a marriage. I feel that toxicity in a relationship should not be accepted.”

Nidhi Seth has indeed moved on in her life. A few days back, she announced being in love for the second time. Taking to her IG handle, the actress shared a picture of herself and her beau, whose name she didn’t disclose. In the photo, she looked happy and was seen smiling her teeth out with a bunch of flowers in her hand. On the other hand, her beau was seen lovingly staring at her. Along with the snapshot, Nidhi penned:
“Embracing love anew, a heart healed, a soul reborn. OFFICIALLY MY HAPPILY EVER AFTER!”
