Bigg Boss season 12 was a huge hit, quite like all of its previous seasons. Though Dipika Kakar (of Colors TV's Sasural Simar Ka) won the reality show, the fourth runners-up, Karanvir Bohra was amongst the most talked about celebs this time. He has been criticised for being diplomatic and the 'mahaan' contestant of Bigg Boss 12. Nonetheless, he was loved by many and has also bagged new fans over his stint on the show. Yesterday, i.e., on January 1, 2019, Karanvir took to his official Instagram handle and penned down a lovely and heartfelt post for her dear wifey Teejay. KV (as his fans and close ones call him) shared a picture with Teejay and wrote, “I believe in angel numbers, coz I'm married to an angel. We are a double, our lil girls are a double the love, double blessings from mum n dad and then, love from our fans have doubled. This year everything is going to double for everyone, so be your best, most awesome self and see the abundance flow in your life. #happynewyear2019 @bombaysunshine @twinbabydiaries”.
And then, in another post, Karanvir revealed the most important thing he won during his Bigg Boss journey, and it was Teejay who reminded it to him. Karanvir shared a lovely picture with a few Bigg Boss 12 housemates namely, Surbhi Rana, Somi Khan, Saba Khan, Megha, Urvashi Vani, Neha Pendse, Rohit Suchanti, Srishty Rode, and some others. This seems to be a mini get-together or reunion (so to say) of this season’s contestants. Do read the last line of the caption, which is what grabbed our attention.
Along with the snap, he wrote, “Starting off 2019 with love and forgiveness. Maybe too much kindness doesn't work in reality shows, but it works in real life. #bb12 did teach me that it's okay to sometimes put yourself first. For that lesson I am grateful. I am still the same Karanvir Bohra.. except a little bit stronger now. Thank you, BiggBoss for making me a better version of me. Thank you HMs for all the love you have given me! And thank you @bombaysunshine for reminding me about the importance of winning hearts”. (Checkout: Sonali Bendre's Hubby, Goldie Behl's Heartfelt Note For His Wifey On Her Birthday Will Make You Cry)
In an interview with Bollywoodlife recently, Karanvir opened up about his Bigg Boss 12 journey and was quoted as saying, "The journey was fabulous. 'Bigg Boss' is a true test. It helps you grow, it helps you a question, and it really tests you. I went through a test of patience, of morals and of choices every day, but I've come out a changed person. I feel I'm able to see different perspectives and understand people and their motives much better than I could ever have before”.

The Kasautii Zindagii Kay actor further went on to add, "Seeing Teejay (wife) and (their children) Bella and Vienna gave me a lot of strength. Yes, I didn't want to let them go, but when Teejay told me, 'Be someone they can be proud of', I knew I was already doing that, but I wanted to all the more continue on that path to make my little girls proud. When Karanvir was asked about the open letter that Teejay wrote bashing the makers of the show for ridiculing him, he said, "Honestly, I don't know what was in the letter and so, it's difficult for me to comment too much about it at this point. She had her perspective and I had mine staying inside the house. 'Bigg Boss' is a show that asks you to put forth your opinions strongly and Teejay did that outside the house”.
On the work front, Karanvir is now looking forward to the release of his movie named, Hume Tumse Pyar Kitna. Talking about the same, the actor stated, "It is releasing in 2019. I would love to take up anchoring as well as web series, both of which I haven't yet been a part of. And of course, I am open to television as well. For me, work has to be non-repetitive and after 'Bigg Boss', I'm all the readier for new challenges”.
