Believe it or not, but family dinners build a strong foundation and are a great way to relive childhood memories and create new ones. After all, the family who dines together stays together! When you take out time from your busy schedule to eat food with your family, it elevates your mood and you tend to eat the right amount of food. And the Kapoor clan are a perfect example of it. From Kareena Kapoor Khan to Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, every person in the Kapoor khaandan have a different style, yet they are united by food. Talking about Kareena, her love for food is known to all. We have often seen the gorgeousness relishing desi Punjabi food. We remember once we had spotted her eating sarso ka saag and roti with makhanHer dietician, Rujuta Diwekar had shared a picture of her while she had eaten most of it. Check it out below:

Recently, in an interview with HT Brunch, Kareena Kapoor Khan's cousin, Armaan Jain opened up on his family's love for food. The actor revealed that the Kapoor sisters - Kareena and Karisma love Indian food. While his mother, Reema Kapoor and her brother, Randhir Kapoor love Chinese food. He shared, "My mother and uncles Randhir and Rajiv Kapoor are obsessed with Chinese. Kapoor sisters Kareena and Karisma find comfort in Indian Food. Cousin brother Ranbir sticks to roti's and consumes rice. Whereas his younger brother Aadar Jain loves cold cuts."

Armaan also revealed that whenever the Kapoor clan come together, all they talk about is food. He shared, "Everything in that family is about food! Yes, we talk about films, but you’ll be surprised, at our get-togethers, it’s always food, food, food! We discussed threadbare… At a regular family gathering, we’re often discussing the best restaurants in the world, and in India. You must know that the Kapoor family is obsessed with Chinese food." We all know Kareena is enjoying every moment of her second pregnancy. In August 2020, her dietician, Rujuta had revealed her diet plan on her Instagram handle. She posted a picture of Kareena and wrote, "The good news is that you don't have to deprive yourself of good food to look good. Sustainable diets keep you sexy and sane. This is exactly what @kareenakapoorkhan was eating and working out around late May - mid June when she shot for the #filmfare cover."

She had further shared Kareena's meal plan, "Meal One - Soaked badams / Banana 9-10ish workout (details below) Meal Two - Dahi rice & papad OR roti paneer sabzi & dal. 12ish Meal Three - small bowl of papaya OR handful of peanuts OR piece of cheese OR some makhana. 2-3 ish Meal Four - Mango milkshake OR bowl of litchi OR some chivda. 5-6 ish Meal Five - Veg pulao & raita OR. Palak or pudina roti with boondi raita OR. Dal rice & sabzi. 8ish Bedtime - Haldi milk with little nutmeg. If hungry in bet - fresh fruit, curd with raisins or cashews, Nimbu sherbet, Nariyal pani, Chaas with kalanamak & thing. Weekly workout - Day One (D1) - 20 mins treadmill, focus on speed. D2 - Yoga routine D3 - Break. D4 - Home strength training workout. D5 - 40 mins on treadmill, focus on staying on steady speed. D6 - Restorative yoga postures or Core workout. D7 - Break."

Once in an interview with the Curly Tales, Karisma had talked about being a fan of food. She had shared, "I love my food, no compromise on food. I love Indian food, any kind of Indian food. I love my biriyani and I love Kali Dal, Palak Paneer, simple things too. And then I am also quite a non-veg eater.  We have grown up in a home where food has always been a big thing. Watching my Dadi, my Nani, so it has been a home where there has been a lot of Punjabi and Sindhi food."
